Straightfwd navigation thro’ ordering & payment gateway - very pleased.

Very disappointed
I ordered a bike Sunday evening,and after five days no any email for the dispatch or any tracking information
(Free Express Delivery 2-5 days)
The chat service is useless
Once said already dispatched without any tracking number and another time said will be dispatched,it was Friday
After five days,I don’t know anything

They were out of stock (it is normal when discount prices are offered for last items) but refunded immodestly. Good contact. Best regards. Marek

After failing to deliver this item on time I requested to cancel the order . They repeatedly ignored my Emails and wishes and posted the bike 1 week later anyway . Their customer service is non existent and its proving to be a big struggle to get my money back . I don't think it's a legitimate business. Plus they are lying in their response to this . I have kept all of the Emails to back me up. Avoid

i absolutely love it, as with most people like myself who didn’t do much cycling before I am amazed at how much fun with so little effort.Bike looks great , had a small issue with the chain lock code , but support was helpful, customer service is excellent. I would recommend.

Alphascootz, I never thought were a good idea, but unfortunately I was wrong. This company is a great deal.

Seat clamp came broken. They send a replacement and its seat what’s too small and won’t clutch. A week later and still no replacement

After a road accident with the delivery people the 1st bike was wrecked. I got in touch with Eli from customer service he was fantastic with helping with the replacement he contacted me 2 to 3 times a day to provide any information I needed. As the 1st bike I ordered was out of stock and taking a day to decide which replacement I wanted I had the bike 2 days later. Eli is probly the most helpful customer service representative I have spoke to such a nice man. I highly recommend ordering from alphascootz. As for the bike it’s all working as expected I just haven’t had a chance to go long distance yet

Extremely good quality bike for the price. The bike itself is a very comfortable ride. I already had a number of people stop me and ask me "how much and where did you get it from?". I enjoy riding again.

The bike was delivered as ordered with no transit damage and was easy to asseemble. The bike is outstanding. In terms of value for money, these guys are the best. Confirmation of order via email was a matter of minutes. From order to receipt of delivery was 5 working days; it would be helpful to have clearer explanation of how I would be informed about when delivery was happening. Overall, thrilled with my purchase, and I'll order from AlphaScootz again.

Very very disappointed, I bought the Engwe E26 bike from this shop, I have only used it for 2 days the Pas stopped working, I have contacted the support, was told they are expecting feedback from the factory, is almost 2months Nothing has been done, Never buy from this shop, if you have problem it will never be fixed, I am still within the 12 months warranty, wanted
to return the bike, they know the bike arent quality they make return policy very difficult. I dont mind a refund as the bike is not serving the purpose I bought it:

I am writing to change my rating from 1 start to 4star, I have now received and installed a new Pas sent by Alphascoot, Bike is working well now, I think they should improved their turn around time to supporting customers, hence ti keep 1 star

Fast delivery ordered monday night was here by Thursday, e -scooter is very well made really good for the price. Haven't used it much due to weather though the quick trail I had very good. Would say I looked up you tube videos to assist in building it was easy enough. Also You tube to how to click in place and to click it and fold it down once yiu do it a couple of times its easy enough also you tube for speed to max it up. Also got in contact with alphascootz about my accessorie bag I ordered they got back quick and give tracking for that. All in would definitely recommend alphascootz.

I bought the bike for my son, it is just over a month old, I’ve had to buy new brake pads 3 times, new tyre twice, the brakes have failed several times. I tried to contact the store and I’ve had no response. I wouldn’t mind a refund to be honest as my son has only been on it a handful of times due to all the problems with it.
