Firstly I read other reviews on here with similar problems with this awful company to deal with, very arrogant and non-responsive unless it is Trustpilot of course. Today I had a reply by email saying my 90 day return time was up, This 90 day return time was to return FAKE APPLE EAR PHONES which on the box was Ear (Pdso) Pods, I did not order Pods or Pdso? The box small print said with a Lightining connector, fake spelling again. Anyway they want me to pay the post to return FAKE APPLE GOODS BUT THE 90 DAYS ARE UP? Will up date soon again after I have talked to professionals, Once again I appeal to people not to buy from this company, THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS FOR FAKE GOODS!
Once again had another over polite email from Alphasmartphones, treating me as a satisfied customer when TrustPilot verified my EVIDENCE that was CONFIRMED BY APPLE STORE IN LIVERPOOL THAT THE ITEM THEY SENT ME WAS "FAKE", I appeal to people to not trust this company as they DO and have sent me fake apple Ear Pods described as Ear Pdso?? which was ordered by me as EARPHONES?
