I looked everywhere on the internet to find a charger that suits my needs but couldn’t find any then I found it on alpha Smartphones, also the delivery took less than the estimated time but the email wasn’t not clear on when your delivery arriving and I think the invoice email could be better.
I remembered the estimated time for the delivery before placing my order.

Wireless Ear Buds
I bought wireless ear buds not expecting too much for the price. So far, I have to say they are excellent. The sound quality is good and they paired with my iPhone straight away. Delivery was quick.

Alpha smartphones were quick and easy to purchase from. I had bought a pair of Apple lightning bolt connector earphones, but these require bluetooth to work, which didn't match the online description. Nevertheless, they were very kind to offer me a refund and correct their product page, which is decent.

Would have given 0 stars if I had the option. Please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Still no delivery of my order after 3 weeks even though I paid for next day delivery. Requested a full refund but they are refusing to refund me askingme to wait a little longer!!. They are very dishonest. Having to now file a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Sent me a cheap knock off product
I ordered a pair of used Samsung Galaxy buds pro.
What turned up is a cheap Chinese knock off copy that is very poor quality.
I am reporting to trading standards.
UPDATE
Received a phone call asking me to remove the review and they will refund my purchase, blaming suppliers.
Was told they will be sending a prepaid envelope to send back. Still waiting for that to turn up.
