We would like to inform you that the cables those are send out to you are fully functional and you have also mentioned that while contacting us that the cable works with your phone but they did not work with your iPad. This means that the cables are fully functional and working properly. There must be an issue with your iPad charging base that the cables are not getting the charge.
Still if you are not happy with the cables we request you to send us the cables back and we can issue a refund into your account.

Arrogant company ignoring complaints.
I ordered a Samsung charger plug and micro USB data cable from this company. When the package arrived it only contained the data cable.
I have tried 3 times to contact them without any response whatsoever.
This is the first and last time I will have any dealings with this company. Utterly appalling service.
UPDATE:
Emailed them last night with the link to the order acknowledgement they sent me clearly showing that the charger plug IS part of the order. They still insist that it is not!!!
I've even logged into my account and sent them the link to the order page, which yet again gives the full description and price. I await their reply!
FINAL UPDATE:
I did receive a response, but they still maintain that the price was for the cable only, despite the fact that I proved beyond any doubt that the offer was for the charger plug and cable.
Seems they have a complete disregard for customer satisfaction, I can only advise people to think very carefully about giving this tinpot outfit your hard earned money. Hugely disappointing experience.
FINAL FINAL UPDATE!!!
Just to make a bad experience even worse, the cable broke after barely 5 weeks. Contacted company to ask for a refund, you will not be surprised to hear that they have not responded at all.
Without doubt, the WORST company I have ever had dealings with, avoid at all costs.

Keep away
Keep away, this company is a fraud. I bought two cables, one of them never worked. Twice I contacted through their website, but no answer.
After a month some one contacted me and promised that either they will send the product. But no luck yet.
Unless you want to through away your money, don’t go any close to them.

This has been such a good company to deal with. I have bought two phones and would recommend them the reason for the three stars is that I returned a phone that was not wanted. This phone had not been used at all and in its original packaging .
I was charged 10% of the phone amount for sending this phone back. I do not think this is fair as it had not been touched. I feel there should be exceptions as this phone can be sold on immediately . But apart from that I was happy with customer care and product.. and will buy again
