We had an excellent experience with Alpine Buses from start to finish. Our driver Artur was first class and a top guy, who sent us messages well in advance of our arrival and ensured our family was welcomed at Geneva airport and provided a really smooth, comfortable transfer to Morzine. Water and treats for the kids provided too. Return transfer was equally great.

Our driver Artur was very helpful and pleasant, great service, nothing was too much trouble, have gave us a nice little snack and drink package and let us stop at a shop at the airport to pick up some bits for our dinner.

Our driver Artur was a very safe driver, particularly on the steep curving roads up the mountain. He was very thoughtful and suggested a quick stop at the supermarket before it closed which was great as we then arrived at our accomodation with food for dinner and breakfast the next day.

Artur our driver was super friendly! He was on time for the pick up, quick responses over WhatsApp, spoke great English, made us feel comfortable and got us to our destination smoothly.

Would 100% recommend

Excellent airport transfer with Artur, thoroughly recommend. We received clear communication ahead of the pick up via WhatsApp and SMS with further call when he arrived to collect us. Artur was polite, professional and it was a very smooth drive, everybody in our party could relax and enjoy the views.

The team at Alpine Buses are very professional and organized. The ordering process is easy, and if you need to make any changes, it's a simple process. Additionally, you can email the team for support and they respond promptly.
As for the drivers, they are always professional and courteous and SAFE, skilled drivers. The vehicles they drive are clean and comfortable.
I have used Alpine Buses for several airport pick-ups and drop-offs and I have always had an excellent experience.
Their pricing is slightly higher than a few other companies, but the level of professionalism they deliver, and the trust they have built with me as a repeat customer is worth the additional cost.
