Please do NOT travel with this agency. We have traveled for Hajj and Umrah with multiple other agencies before, and there is absolutely no comparison — those agencies were professional, honest, and even delivered more than they promised.

Unfortunately, this agency was the complete opposite.

They made very sweet promises before booking, but once the trip began we experienced poor management, confusion, stress, and unnecessary hardship during what should have been a peaceful spiritual journey. We spent so much time and energy constantly trying to reach them and request services we had already paid for.

Among several similar issues, we had also paid extra in advance for train tickets during a so-called “rush period.” However, just a few days before travel, they informed us they could not provide the tickets when all options were already sold out. Even worse, the extra money we paid was not refunded.

This level of dishonesty and mismanagement deeply affected our journey, especially in the holy cities, where our focus should have been on worship rather than constant stress and problem-solving.

DO not use this agency for any of your travels. They are thieves and disgustly dishonest. They have made a fatale error in my booking and I ended up
Missing my flight and had to pay out of pocket for another one and it just went downhill afterwards and they refused to acknowledge their mistake. Promised full reimbursement for flights I booked out of my book and they haven’t as of yet. They keep giving me a hard time and trying to make themselves not liable for their mistake. The agent name is Mohamed Abdul Allah. Do not deal with them and I’m in process of reporting them to BBB and will take further legal actions to make them pay up for their mistake.

⚠️ Warning about my experience with Al Raheem Travel Agency ⚠️

I feel it’s important to share this so others don’t go through the same situation.

I originally planned to travel for Umrah during the last 10 days of Ramadan, but due to work obligations, I had to reschedule my trip to the end of April. I booked my flight and sent my itinerary to Al Raheem Travel Agency so they could arrange the hotel. They confirmed everything and required a 50% payment for the ground package, which I paid.

Only a few hours later, they contacted me and told me to cancel my flight, claiming that the end of April falls into the Hajj period and cannot be booked. This is something they should have clearly informed me about before taking my payment.

When I requested a refund, despite their stated policy of free cancellation before 15 days, I did not receive my money back and have had no proper resolution.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on what happened, I strongly advise others to be very cautious, double-check all details, and avoid making payments without full written confirmation of all conditions.

Please be careful when dealing with this agency.

Alraheem Travels made the entire journey completely stress-free, especially for such a meaningful and holy Umrah trip. Everything was handled with great care and professionalism, allowing us to focus fully on our worship and spiritual experience. Their organization, guidance, and support throughout the trip were great.

Al Raheem travels is an good, reliable agency that delivers services what they promise. Package was well priced and comprehensive. Hotel in Makkah were few steps from Haram, which was a priceless blessing. Knowledgeable guides provided heartfelt spiritual support. Overall, a satisfactory pilgrimage expires.

Salam! I highly recommend Al Raheem travels for their exceptional organisation and transparency. Scheduled transportation was always punctual. There were no hidden charges at all. Chosen accommodation were clean and comfortable. A spiritually uplifted and stressfree experience.

This travel agency is not trustworthy. I experienced dishonesty, false promises, and misleading information throughout my Umrah trip process.

Their partners for ground transportation were also unreliable. Overall, the experience felt like a scam.

I strongly advise others to stay away. If zero stars were possible, that is what I would give.

Hotel, transport, meals and guide everything was perfectly managed. I really appreciate the team hardwork day and night.

Worst travel experience of my life – outright fraud and harassment - Al Raheem Travel Agency (Representative: Qasim) sold me a package claiming 4 days in Medina and 4 days in Mecca in 5-star hotels with buffet breakfast, visa services, airfare (2×23 kg baggage per person), ground transportation, and 2 days in Istanbul. What I actually received was deception, intimidation, and financial loss at every stage.

For the Istanbul visa, they charged $207 per person for four people, while the actual visa fee paid was $50 per person. They provided a fake invoice and threatened that if I did not pay the inflated amount, I would be responsible for the remainder of the trip. I verified the correct amount directly on the Turkish immigration website using the visa reference number. Even after being caught red-handed, they refused to acknowledge or refund the overcharge.

Upon arrival in Medina, despite being promised visa services, I was forced to pay for visa on arrival myself. They then placed us in a cheap hotel (Fandak Manazil) located 30 minutes from the Haram, completely contradicting the 5-star hotel promise. After two days of constant follow-up, they moved us to Nusk Al Hijra, but without breakfast, again violating the package terms.

In Mecca, they provided only 3 nights instead of the promised 4.

The most serious issues occurred during the return journey. At Jeddah airport, the airline forced me to pay 600 SAR for 3 pieces of luggage because the agency had booked only 1×15 kg per person, despite promising 2×23 kg per person.

In Istanbul, no ground transportation was provided. Their representative Zain instructed me to arrange transport myself and promised reimbursement, then later claimed transportation was not included.

Finally, when boarding the flight from Istanbul to NYC, the airline informed me that the agency had booked the cheapest Eco Plus ticket with NO luggage included. I contacted the agency again and was told to pay upfront with a promise of reimbursement. I had no choice but to pay $1,336.63 for baggage. After returning and submitting all receipts, they are now refusing to reimburse anything.

This agency lies, provides fake invoices, changes package terms without notice, and abandons customers mid-trip. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Al Raheem Travel Agency unless you want financial loss, stress, and ruined travel plans.

Alraheem travels is an ideal agency for those who want straightforward, efficient umrah. Package included all essentials. No extra rituals which were not necessary and suitable for us. I really appreciate their hardwork.

I am unable to understand how people are giving 5 star to such a cheat company. They did totally opposite to what it was described before payment. Extremely poor response , delays everywhere . I wish I could give them less than 1 star if it was available

Very disappointing experience. The Umrah package was poorly managed from start to finish. Hotels were not as promised, transportation was unreliable, and there was no proper guidance during important rituals. Customer service stopped responding once payment was made. This company seems more focused on money than helping pilgrims. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We compared different packages, and Al Raheem travels offered the best value by far. They also provided us different options to choose according to our need and budget. This act is so relaxing , no fixed packages to bound and stuck customers. Services were also according to your choice and budget. Their was nothing hidden and no fake promises. The visa process can be a mager hurdle but this agency made it effortless. They provided a clear checklist and handled all the paperwork submissions. We were updated regularly on the status. A truly professional and reliable service from the very beginning. Highly recommended.

Everything was very well coordinated and everything went as we planned. The travel was safe and smooth, we didn’t experience any issues. We want to especially thank Mr.Qasim for helping us a lot. They were quick and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend!

Al Raheem is a company built on dishonesty. All the negative reviews that provide details about this company are true. All the positive reviews seem fake and do not provide much details. My family decided to do go with Al Raheem for a trip to Turkey. Many promises were made by the company and they did not fulfill any of the promises. If you book with them, DO NOT ZELLE! And be prepared to be disappointed. Below is a list of the ways Al Raheem scammed my family.
-charged us a higher price for the airline ticket
-said they would cover our baggage fees and then ended up charging us $500 extra for that - however, they were never able to provide proof they used our money for baggage.
-took our money for a hotel deposit and then a week before our trip, Al Raheem claimed they had to cancel the hotel and book us a different one - they offered us cheap hotels - not comparable to our original hotel.
-days leading up to our trip, they were not able to book us a hotel so we ended up booking one on our own.
-originally in our package, they said that tourist attraction entrance fees would be covered. A day before the trip, Al Raheem said they would not be getting the tourist attraction tickets for us and would only provide us transportation to those places.
-we have asked multiple times for them to refund the money they took from us. They keep saying they will provide invoices of how they spent our money yet they have not been able to provide that.

Don’t trust them they are scammers. The cheap prices are trap to get their customers.

They scammed my sister, don't trust them. You might get there and not find a group or a hotel. With Al Raheem travel your trip might turn to nightmear, you will pay all the money and arrive to find nothing you payed for.

My friend and her family had an extremely disappointing experience with this travel company. They booked an Umrah trip and were assured of specific accommodations and services. However, upon arrival, they discovered that their hotel reservation was nonexistent. This forced them to pay double the expected amount for a room. The company had promised to reimburse them for this unexpected expense, but after the trip, they were met with silence. Repeated attempts to contact the company went unanswered, leaving them feeling ignored and frustrated. The lack of professionalism and accountability was deeply troubling. For anyone planning such a significant journey, it’s crucial to choose a travel agency that is reliable and responsive. Unfortunately, this company failed to meet those basic expectations.

This travel company was very unprofessional and management was very unhelpful. My family booked a umra trip and were made many false promises. They ended up paying double for the room and were promised reimbursement because there was no reservation when they got there, but were instead met with no responses back and left on read when they reached out for their money back. Save your self the stress and money and book with a more reliable company….

This company traumatized and scammed my family. They should have nothing to do with Umrah or anything related to Islam!
