They are an exceptional firm! They handled my dispute case and made sure I was well informed each step of the process. I am so grateful for them! After contacting them first on the 8th July and contacting them at least 5 times I have got no where. I have received 2 reference numbers from them through Whatts App #2023-0714-0403-33 through mobile number +971 50 751 6619 and reference no 2023-0719-2127-17 from mobile no +971 50 509 5871. They did ring me Thurs I was at a funeral I have given them all details through whattsApp and informed them I want to correspond there. I have also contacted them through their Facebook page. Unreliable & too busy to help anyone. Every time I had a reply on whattsApp I was informed someone will be in touch the next day.
