Best customer service ever!

Best customer service ever! I had made an order and it came in within a week or so but was missing one item. I simply made one phone call and within 3 minutes he had my item ready to be shipped. Not often will you find great service with no hassle for something you’ve already paid for.

Good after purchase service.

My purchase was for a finishing set and a few other items, when it arrived one item was was marked Backorder ? I received that item it was a miss mark on the paperwork. For a different item I was missing. This was late and sent in to customer service the problem. When I called about noon next day they had already shipped the item I was missing.
Maybe a small problem but was handled correct and quickly. Also when you call you can talk to a real english speaking person.
