Great cards, printing has help up for over a year of daily use, customer service topnotch and responsive via email or phone. Fast shipping and great pricing!

I originally emailed to get an order started on 1/16. In the email, I included all of my project details and the timeline information for my order.

I did get a response quickly from Lizette, but she continuously failed to answer all of my questions in order for me to get an order placed. There was always a response, but never one that didn't require me to again reiterate my needs for clarification.

Ultimately, her lack of attention to detail and poor communication has forced me to take my business elsewhere.

Plastek Cards has an amazing selection of high-quality business cards that will help your company's services easily stand out. I personally ordered the clear business cards with a transparent finish with a diffusion look on one end and solid color on the other end. I cannot be happier with the end product. I receive rave compliments from everybody that I gave my business cards to. To top it off, the customer service is unbelievable. Scott and Mark have gone above and beyond in ensuring that I am 100% satisfied with the design, color, and quality of the cards. Thank you so much!

While I’ve had good experiences before with this company, I’ve never felt content with the level of customer service I received. We ordered during typical business hours with production/delivery dates that claimed to be nearly a week earlier than it’d turn out to be, all delayed because of a late invoice sent to us. We were unable to reach any Plastek Cards representatives for days on end, and generally did not feel like we were of any importance to the company despite our decently-sized order. Even with that experience, we were refused a refund after waiting for a long time given our extremely tight timeline.

Edit: We received the cards exactly when they claimed, which was too late for us. The cards, like usual, were exceptional in quality, but our organization wishes that we could have had an easier time getting in contact with Plastek.

Great quality. wish their turnaround was a bit quicker for reorders.
