I have been using Habesha Coins for over a year. During this time, their process is very clear and I have received fast and efficient service from them.

As a student, I often require online services that I need to pay for - a need my usual CBE card cannot adequately fulfil, at least without me having to go through a complicated process where I have to call the bank and ask them to approve my payments. Habesha Coin, however, provides a much more streamlined, smooth experience. They provide a US credit card - which to me (and I am sure many other habeshas) is incredibly easier to pay with. Furthermore, whenever errors occur, you can send a message to their support team, and they respond practically immediately (even in late hours)! I love that. Thus, I can say customer service is brilliant. Of course, you have to pay quite a bit more for this service than you would for performing the same transaction with a regular Ethiopian card, but if you are a habesha that frequently makes international purchases and needs a way to streamline the process, I can say that Habesha Coin is a good investment.

Fast, easy and trustworthy,

I got fast responses for my questions from the customer support team and they kindly showed me their readiness to help and serve any time when needed…..
