I've been a longtime customer for the past 2 to 3 years. My order was placed Dec 8th and of course they took my $158.00. It is now New Years Eve and still nothing. Their online chat is down, they don't answer their phone and their tracking is non existent. When I went to file a claim with the Shipping route protection ( which they charge extra ) I couldn't file the claim because it says you can only file a claim if the package shipped. Hmm, obviously they took my money and never shipped it.

Shipping sucks and is BS. The cost of vapes & shipping has doubled and customer service is nonexistent. I've been purchasing for 5 yrs now and was a loyal 5 star satisfied customer until May of this year. Changed shipping company but it cost more and comes week(s) later. The changed ownership because you used to get a real person through email with a real response. I need to find a better company because my last order with AP will be my LAST ORDER

So I ordered 7/1 and it’s now 7/21. I emailed and called to resolved the issue but no response. I’m not even sure if my tracking # is legit.

I have been purchasing from this company for years and have had an issue here and there with a vape not working. Usually they are right on it with a replacement or a refund.
On 6/27 I placed an order for over $200 and it’s now 7/16 and I have yet to receive my order. I NEVER received a tracking number after I placed my order! I kept asking for one and was told that they had switched shipping carriers and to be patient. I believe I have been more than patient.
I have asked who this “carrier” is but get no answer. This is more than frustrating!! I have never waited this long for anything even when you order on Temu the stuff comes quicker than this and that stuff is coming from out of the country!
Be warned! If you want to wait over 2-3 weeks for your stuff place an order and have Sam feed you a bunch of BS because this is NOT how you run a business.

It's been four days and they still haven't shipped my order. They haven't replied to my emails and contact phones number doesnt work.

I have been using alternative pods for years and my last order said delivered but had not arrived. When I contacted customer support they said to check the site I purchased from bc they don't have the order number I provided in their system. So I sent a screen shot of the receipt with the order number and obviously from their site. TOTALLY GHOSTED ME. No response after I sent multiple emails. They made it clear they didn't care to resolve the issue. I found someone else.

This site is the best, hands down! The prices, the customer service… especially Sam! He is always willing to help and make things right! I’m done going any other place for vapes! Plus their clearance page is extensive! You won’t regret shopping here!

Alternative pods has been my go to for online ordering. They are quick with delivery and their customer service is fast and efficient. The couple times I had a problem, they resolved it fast. 5 Stars for sure!

This is the best vape pods customer service ever!!! Sam and his crew are the very best people in retail business ! They will help you out in so many ways. I’ve emailed them because my phone wigged out and turned off. I lost my order. I went to look for the email and it was gone too . So I reset my phone and started over. But I didn’t have my discount code this time. So I finished the order. I got a confirmation email. Then I thought by chance could I still get my discount code. Great product and customer service. I have noticed some negative reviews. There is a fake alternative pods. The real one is alternativepods.com Not alternative-pods.com. please make sure you are dealing with the REAL business before rating.

Just want to say that the service with Alternative Pods is really great the flavors in the Geek Bar in most cases are 2nd to none, although so far I prefer Mintopia in Root Beer which is also available on Alternative Pods & the more you buy in each order even if it's not every month save you bundles over buying retail. Any inadequacies that do have occasionally do to technology glitches are handled pretty quickly by the support teams& with a little doing are nothing compared to the savings, some of the flavors need to be reformulated but my favorites are the Orange Flchng Fab in the Pulse X, The Stawberry Banana in the Sky View, the Sour Straws in Pulse X, & The root Beer in Mintopia as far as the brands this service offers that I have tried. Others are really great as well & to date since October 2024 I have purchased 3 orders with 1at least 12 each to maxomize the free shipping & discount promo code on orders totaling $150 & up, a combination of 2 of each of my favorite flavors & others i haven't tried for the rest of what it take to get my order over the $15 after the free shipping is deducted. Sam is the rep handling my account & is incredible about getting back to you if there's a slight glitch & correction of it in a timely manor.

Every time I have a question or concern about something from Alternativepods Sam is ALWAYS willing to answer a question and go above and beyond for me. He has helped me so much I couldn't be more grateful and thankful! I swear he always gets back to me right away and makes me feel like a valued customer. Thank you Sam for always being so nice and always getting back to me whenever I have a question or problem.

Order got lost during snow storm. Left a message. I received a text message next day to let me know a new package was on the way with expedited shipping. Wonderful customer service!

Sam is a customer-first gentleman. I was blown away by his willingness to send to me (and on their dime) a battery that wasn't included in the product's shipment which was not their fault at all.
