Great experience. Highly recommend.

I had a great time visiting. It was a new and enjoyable experience for me getting to interact with animals I never have before. Animals and people very friendly and was offered hot chocolate and hand warmers because it was cold which was very supportive.

Great experience, amazing learning about different ways to look at a simple problem, would highly recommend.

My experience was phenomenal, I was able to learn a lot about myself. Learning more about my peers and those that i work for. Being able to really connect with animals was a new experience for me.

It was a really good experience as part of a group of apprentices. It taught myself and others a lot about how we can work as a team effectively and how to adapt to different situations.

The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic about bettering our groups skills.

I really enjoyed the work related activities along with bonding with all the lovely horses they have there.

The experience was amazing. Had a lot of fun working with all the different horses who were really friendly. Julia and Chelsea were brilliant hosts who helped out whenever we asked. Benny the donkey was a star providing entertainment constantly.

Great experience, learning about ourselves and others and how we can use our traits to work better as a team.

I feel that I learned a lot from going here and that our group now works a lot better now that we have went and experienced the course. Our group has now learned of other ways to work as a team when doing activities after going here.

Julia and Chelsea were very nice and helpful in guiding me around the horses, Julia is a good mentor for character development and the donkey benny really made the experience. All the animals are well looked after great environment.

Julia Jones is quite a phenomenon!

On Friday, Racheal Smith FLPI FRSA and I ventured north to Staffordshire, to meet Julia and her herd of exceptionally graceful, majestic, intuitive, and sometimes cheeky horses, for a day of horse whispering... something I've wanted to do for decades. I've always loved horses, and would love to spend more time in their presence. Life behind a laptop doesn't always afford me that luxury, so to be able to get out from behind the screen, and to be out in nature, in the cold, winter sun, with Ella and Georgie (pictured here) was something very, very special.

Julia's deep experience in HR, leading high-performing teams and working with horses is a phenomenal combo! What we experienced was nothing short of magical. The horses intuitively reveal things to us about ourselves, masterfully interpreted by Julia, only where necessary though. Often the messages and insights are so obvious to us, once revealed by the horses.

The whole day was a sublime experience, from Julia's obvious excellence and expertise in facilitating, holding space, questioning, coaching, challenging us to dive deeper into our souls, to find the answers to what we were searching for, to being outside in the winter sun, sharing the space with such magnificent beings and surrendering to their intuitive genius.

I whole heartedly recommend EVERYONE does this, whether 1-on-1 or in teams, the energetic shifts were palpable, the impact and insights, long-lasting.

Attended a training day around leadership and got to experience the wonderful connection that horses can bring to help you learn and hone your communication skills. Loved every minute of this as it was outdoors, great conversations and we got to really network on another level. Julia certainly knows her stuff. Highly recommended!

Even being an EAL practitioner myself, I am always humbled by how the horses brought me the experience I needed in that moment. I didn't know what to expect. I always felt a little unsure of horses so hoped I could stand in the sidelines and observe. That option was presented to me, but having been given time to get to know these gentle, beautiful animals first, I am so glad I engaged completely with the activities. The learning is so subliminal that it is at the end of the session you hit a lightbulb moment and can see the changes you need to make for better communication, growth, and improvement. This was such an inspiring experience, meeting lovely people and working with the horses. For someone like me with no experience of being around horses, learning to communicate non verbally is a skill that will have a huge beneficial impact in my life. Derek Redmond is a fantastic motivational man, his achievements and skills that he shares are incredible. Julia is so warm and welcoming, she knows her stuff and gets genuine pleasure from seeing people grow throughout the day.
