My service agent Perez was great
My service agent Perez was great. I was disappointed I could not get the first airline tickets through Delta. Perez went to work to get us a round trip ticket for the same cost from DTW to Miami and we now have tickets through Southwest that met are time schedule the trips have one stop but we should be fine. Keep up the good work.

I have to be honest
I have to be honest. I was very hesitant to purchase tickets from Altos. I took a chance as they had the best-priced tickets on a flight that was sold out from the airline. Altos had excellent customer service and was friendly, helpful, and patient. I waited until I returned from my trip to write this review. They are a relatively new company that is doing an outstanding job. I will absolutely book my upcoming trips with them. Thank you Altos! A+ -Kim

Managed to get tickets i was not able…
Managed to get tickets i was not able to get otherwise through search engines without paying absurd amounts of money. Overall very happy about it. I did get a call that my original airfare i booked could not be completed due to there being an upcharge and i had to pay extra- not a terrible amount of money, still cheaper than Expedia , Google flights etc, so overall a good deal but slightly annoying. I will use altostravel again for sure, this is my second experience purchasing tickets through them. I can’t quite understand how it works, but it works. I appreciated the calls to confirm all was booked and ready.

The website is easy to navigate, the rates were cheaper than going to the airline and booking. I received my email confirmation within minutes and the final tickets were emailed to me next day. I will use Altostravel for my next booking.
