the best tool ever

I'm new here, from yesterday. A very interesting platform) If it helps me with my shop BirdyBeeWhispers on Etsy I'll be happy. Hugs

So far it’s pretty bad. It freezes. It has not updated the Etsy preferred shorted titles. The first paid tier doesn’t include Pinterest. I got 70% off and I’m still frustrated and going to use something else.

This program is easy to use and helpful in optimizing my listings. Its only my first day so I can't speak to if they help me make money

Since joining the premium plan, I’ve felt such a weight lifted off my shoulders. The revision of titles has been a huge help, and the keyword guidance has made a real difference. The Pinterest marketing support has been especially valuable—I love Pinterest, but as a one-person business, time is always limited. I recently niched down at the beginning of the year, which felt like starting over again, but since finding this app, I finally feel like I’m making real progress.

My only suggestion would be to add Shopify integration. Having these same amazing features available for my Shopify store would be a total game-changer!

I love how the system is integrated with Etsy and I don't have to have 12 tabs open to different apps to do research

Alura has several nice features, such as the automated Pinterest uploading tool and the computerized video generator; however, Alura CONSTANTLY crashes, freezes, fails to load, and glitches in general. It's extremely frustrating and almost had me ask for my money back within the first week of use. I just did a search for "mug" in product research, something you would think would be easy to do, and Alura went straight to "Failed to load". Alura needs to fix focus on these issues to improve.

I joined and had some tech issues, Alura went above and beyond answering emails in record time , fixing issue and compensating me for my patience they stated..along with so many awesome tools for the price and a plan that helps post to pinterest, I am beyond please..Im older generation and understand the importance of customer service which is not the same as yesteryear...I would give a 10 star if it was available...

Paying monthly but the application will not connect to my listings in Etsy to optimize them, this has been almost a full week now, and support is mia, they do not answer it help. This did work, and was great when it did, but note it’s just a waste of time and money…and without the assistance of support or any information it’s just frustrating. When this ever works I will be cancelling my subscription…which is another part that’s not working so I’m held hostage right now

it's v slow in analyzing the shop . i have been using limited options but it is not working good

Alura.io is a very useful tool and extremely easy to understand, even for beginners. The interface is intuitive, so you can start using it right away without needing much explanation. Overall, it’s a great support for Etsy sellers who want to save time and make better decisions for their shop.

Opted for the pro subscription and I couldn’t be more disappointed. Every feature I try is slow…painfully slow. Support just spews generic troubleshooting that denies the issue…it’s the bottlenecks in their tech stack. Gigabit internet and the same issue on Mac, PC and iPad. Was really hoping the promised features worked but I’m better off sticking with everbee. Going to take the 7-day refund option

So far Alura is easy to use with their tutorials on each feature. We are excited to see how this is going to help our Etsy business!

I can't get most pages to load, the ones that do load not working properly, PLEASE HELP

I just started using Alura to help me grow my Etsy shop and it's helping me a lot! So far so good
