I found this company on Etsy and I enquired about a large order of 46 personalised wooden Swiss style army knives. The type with all the gadgets and tools on them.
They responded quickly and with clear communication between both parties, the knives were ordered at a very good price.
I received a proof of engraving the next day and after I did final approval I got the finished items within a week.
Each one was sent individually enclosed in a nice silky black bag, which was great for presentation.
The knives were sturdy and with lots of different tools on them. All of the printing was great.
I would definitely use this company again and I recommend them

My daughter wanted a personalised lunch box with her pet on the front. I ordered it not expecting much but wow it arrived so quickly and I was really happy with the quality and how clear the picture was. My daughter is absolutely thrilled with it and I will definitely us them again.

I ordered some photo keyrings on 25 July 2021. Communication with Always Personal was fantastic, they kept me up to date all the way. I only paid for 2nd class postage but within 3 days of placing my order I had received them. The quality was excellent and I will definitely be ordering some more.

I recently placed an order with Always Personal for personalised photo keyrings. It was to form part of the gifts bags I arranged for my sons class as they are in year six, and it was a goodbye present. Always Personal was exactly what it says on the tin. The service I received was excellent. My order was placed and dealt with promptly; they offered excellent guidance throughout the order and even corrected my error (potential disaster). My primary contact Rob was fantastic, and I appreciated the professional yet personal service he provided. I am delighted with the quality of the keyrings, and the entire class and teachers loved it. Ordered a fathers day magic photo mug. My dad loved it so much he wanted me to order a photo cushion and another magic mug for a gentleman who's wife passed away. I also ordered a photo keyring.
I took a picture on my phone of their photograph and I must say the quality of the print was outstanding and delivery very quick. Thank you for a present that will hold special memories. Will definitely use again.

I ordered a large personalised photo mug on Sunday morning it arrived 48 hours later by royal mail packed in a very sturdy box. The quality was amazing and I'm more than happy with it definitely recommend to anybody after a larger mug that's a bit different. Uploading the photos was easy and I chose to have a different one on each side at no extra cost well worth the price

We live in South Africa and placed this order online on Sunday evening. It was delivered to our daughter in Nottingham on Tuesday morning! I bought about 7 personalised Engraved Coloured Hot / Cold Bowling Pin Water Bottles 500ml. The quality is excellent and does the job as it should keep the drink hot or cold for about 8 hours. My friends and I have been using it at work and very happy with the product.
The name has been engraved neatly, has many colours to choose from and all of them look beautiful.
I will definitely using the product from them and highly recommend if you are looking for quality products at the reasonable price.
