Shayan is an excellent and patient tutor who so generously shared knowledge from his own working experience to give an insight into the realistic situations that face Door Supervisors. I was impressed by his dedication to making sure that he got the best out of each student, all of whom had varying strengths and weaknesses. Would highly recommend his courses.The venue, BigShots Golf in Harrow was easy to access and provided plenty of space for the training course and having breaks.

Shayan Rezaei is excellent teacher and deal with class room with professionalism and cover the lessons with great explanation, he left no stone unturned and made sure we was all very confident going into our exam. Thank you so mach for this training! The best one.

The experience was fantastic! Couldn’t have asked for a better trainer. Provided support along the way with both physical and theory and demonstrated great use of physical intervention skills as well as first aid.
