I could not speak highly enough of Amanda. As a first time buyer, I was at first nervous of the process, but Amanda always kept me updated and gave me thorough explanation of everything. The process couldn't have gone more smoothly and I am so glad I got in touch with Amanda. Amanda also took care of my life insurance, making sure I had the best cover should anything happen. We’ve been very fortunate to have been on a fixed rate throughout the trying times of covid however I was aware that our mortgage term was coming to an end in December. I reached out to Amanda just to put the feelers out and see what our options were and I am so glad I did!
Amanda takes what can be a very overwhelming, confusing minefield and turns it into an extremely stress free experience. She very clearly explained our options (in terms that we actually understood!) and also explained the process and the cost. I was amazed that there is no fee for her services as this is paid by the lender. I would trust Amanda 100% to have our best interests at heart and have already recommended her.
