Like others have noted they have an antiquated returns policy. They do not offer exchanges or refunds, if you buy something from them you better hope you like it because you're stuck with it. I'd advise staying away!

I mistakenly bought a sweater of the wrong color and asked to return it and exchange it and they refused.

They sent the wrong size and won't refund or arrange replacement. They keep trying to send discounts for future purchases.

This company will not let me cancel my order a few hours after I placed it. After running me around for a few days, they said the items had already shipped and that I would need to return them to receive a refund. Two days later, I received the notice that the items were being shipped.

Cashmere cardigan ordered 2XL. Product received way too small. Customer support offered to buy another product at 50% off rather than return.
The cardigan is not cashmere - it is rough. It has no labels at all.
This brand is untrustworthy. Do not buy!

I have inquired a couple of times asking about the quality of the cashmere and never had a reply. Just found this site and it confirms that they can't be trusted. Thank you.

FRAUD
not cashmere (rough wool) and not merino wool (viscose), cheap items. One item is too large the second one is too small. No labels whatsoever.

Amari Bay. Men's cashmere cardigan. Ordered (verified) medium size. After a month wait, product arrived. Label on inside poly bag showed Xlarge. After email to them I was told to open it and try it on, and would find the fit to be correct fit. Upon opening, I realized: NO FIBRE CONTENT LABELS! NO care labels. NO COUNTRY OF ORIGIN LABELS. ALL in violation of US codes. Textile Fiber Content Protection Act! Obviously the item was not legal to be sold in the United States. I tried it on it was much too big. After that they wanted a picture of the sweat size label which was on the package but as I stated no labels on the sweater. I sent it plus several follow up emails but no response since. This is a total scam!

I bought two Napoli Cashmere Cardigans for my family for Christmas. When I received the goods the fabric was pretty rough and not soft at all. I wanted to return the goods and was told that I had to return them to China at my cost and then I can get the refund. They offered me 50% discount to keep the goods that will go to the Thrift store. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. This site should be banned to sell in USA. There is no return policy because to ship it back to China will cost you more than the goods. Mr. Trump should ban these kind of sites to sell in United States as these sites are stealing from the American people. Beware ! Beware ! Beware !
