I got ripped off! They took my money and I never got my product! Their phone is disconnected and no response from emails. Stay away from this website!!!!

Their phone number is no longer in service which tells me I have been SCAMMED for $100 bucks! AND no reply to my email either!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is a SCAM......Do Not Order. They will take your money and you will get nothing in return. I have reported them to Google and the BBB.

They used to be great but now they just take your money and don't send you any merchandise...

Do not purchase from them - it’s a scam. They were responsive until I paid for the items and then I never heard from them again nor could I reach them. Emails, website contact submissions and voice mails were not returned. I paid extra for rush and never got the bracelets. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and they refunded me. This was for a memorial event so it was so disappointing to not get the items. Terrible.

Payed a bunchhhh extra for rush shipping for a special occasion. They are very late, haven't shipped them out, and are not answering the phone or my emails.

I ordered and paid for slap wristbands from them through their website in February. The confirmation was lacking any information on when the order would be sent. I called the provided 1-800 number and was taken to a full voice mail (this number has always done that since). I emailed and received a response that their shipments from the production center where my bands would come from were delayed and they attempted to have me pay more fore an inferior design from a local facility. I choose to maintain my original order and receive them three weeks later as I was promised. I never received the bands and logged in to find that after two months my order was canceled. I emailed and was told that they did not know what was happening with the production facility and would refund my money. It is now nearly July and still has not received any refund. My school and I will have to take further action if they do not respond and refund the money within the next week. Do NOT order from them. They are the equivalent of a SCAM!

Absolutely horrible!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Ordered bracelets weeks ago and kept hearing excuses to why they were so late then when I cancelled my order, I still never got my money back!

The only positive thing about the bracelets were that they were spelled correctly. Upon first ordering I was told what I had originally ordered wasn't available in the size and color. I agreed to the slight color change and size. But when I received them they were printed off center and when I wrote to tell them about it they wanted to send me 50 free bracelets...ok great....but some of them were off center as well as being a completely different shade of green! I suggest that maybe before they print an order they send the customer a preview of their item to see if they approve it before its sent to production. They would be a HUGE improvement

They called me days after placing a “rush” order and told me they didn’t have my color (common purple) and asked what other color I would want. I told them in that case reverse it with white band and purple lettering. They said no problem. Days after the alleged “rush” I paid a ton of money for and after the event that I needed the wristbands for, they came and were not the color I ordered. I asked for a refund based upon the fact they blew the deadline AND the fact they are not the colors I ordered and they said no because they don’t refund after merchandise has been received - what kind of crap is that?!! So a consumer is stuck with product they didn’t order which was received days after an event even after paying the ridiculous rush fee?? Crappy company, crappy product and no concern for customer satisfaction!

I ordered just a couple of thin wrist bands for personal inspiration I can see daily! This company was able to do that for me! I love what I got and will use them again! Service was fast and spot on and price was excellent. 10 stars!!!!

We placed our order for 500 personalized wristbands on Jan 6th and did not hear from them for a while, so we sent a few follow up emails. They eventually did get back to us and told us to switch our order for something that they had in stock currently. We told them we needed it by Jan 25th, and it just arrived this morning on Jan 25th! The product is actually really nice (nicer than the one we wanted originally) and it did come on time in the correct size and quantity. And they were very well priced. At the end of the day, they delivered what we wanted and we are happy:)

I had a perfect transaction with Amazing Wristbands....I wanted to honor a fallen soldier taken too soon and wanted something for his family and closest friends.....they were amazing ...they gave me an idea that was so much better than I had come up with and I had them in time for the services....if I had a question they were there right away via email ..I never had to wait which was extremely helpful as I had very little time to put this together....I would never go anywhere else .....they are AMAZING

You all are AMAZING! The speedy delivery, quality, and no minimum order, made this experience the best. I will definitely be returning when I need more bracelets.

I ordered a band that we designed. It is my fault for excepting their terms and paying for it without a proof being sent. What they sent me looks nothing like what I asked for.
They were horrible and not usable. I am stuck with a box and they will not refund or redo them.

Horrible....no email response...no answering of the phonE...shameful! False advertisement...WILL TRY FOR A REFUND! From the looks at other ratings, I may not obtain it! SMH

Worst company every. Ordered back in August did not receive the product. Contacted the company the end of Sept. we were told product supply issues. We waited 2 more weeks still no product. Oct we cancel order and asked for refund. No refund. Nov NO Refund. Now Dec. NO Refund. Jerry and Rudy have no idea what is going on when they answer the phone and will give you no answers. They just give you the run around. I have called for over 2 weeks and now and still no refund just keep being told no one is there in that dept and that they are putting my request at the front. Well I'm still waiting.

Garbage, complete garbage.. Been waiting on a refund of my money since October.. First they said they were sending a check now they said they credited my credit card, it has not. They sent me a receipt with no transaction or authorization code on it so of course it didn't go thru.. I have a dispute with my credit card in progress since they want to play games. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
