I'm an amazon prime member. The service is good but they suddenly limited the number of orders that can be delivered next-day and started doing 2 and 3-day deliveries for items marked prime.

Very unprofessional
After several attempts for someone to come pick up the items, uneducated teenage girls in the customer service say things opposite to each other and the last one that got handed the call and I had to explain the situation again she had an attitude then closing the call thinking she did start the return process as she said she did until I found out 2 days later that she didn’t. Terrible experience.

Very Poor Customer Experience
My orders have been repeatedly cancelled by Amazon Egypt without any notice, even after payment was successful. Customer service calls are met with scripted responses and I am transferred to different agents every time. There is no proper follow-up, no clear complaint process, and no real effort to resolve the issue.
This has been very frustrating. Can anyone suggest a reliable alternative?
SHAME AMAZON
Order made for AirPods Pro 3 and already paid by CC. They sent to me a Non Genuine AirPods 2nd generation and not even original.
They picked up their item back and they want me to wait more than 15 days to follow their non sense policy and God only knows when I will receive my refund.
Tried to reach their customer service and it was the worst experience as they force their agents to work for free may be so they are ZERO helpful and ended the chat without my permission without giving me any solution.

Not allowed to have two freezers in my home by Amazon policy..
I ordered an LG Freezer for my home in Egypt in Jan 2025. Today (december 2025) I ordered a second identical one as we decided as a family that we need two freezers in our home.
After accepting my order and taking my money, Amazon Egypt decided to cancel my order under the reason that "this exceeds the normal quantity for one normal home, two freezer orders in one year is not allowed". Unbelievable..
I am a serious Amazon client and ordered many things from them. But after this one, once I receive my refund I promised to myself that I will cancel my Amazon account and never buy from Amazon again

It was late and then i was told by customer support that the package was damaged during the delivery (it never arrived to me) and then i had to wait 7 business days for the packaged to be returned to the seller before i get a refund

Amazon Egypt’s delivery chaos: repeated false “Delivered” notices and no customer support
I have been a long-standing Amazon customer, having purchased numerous high-value items over the years — multiple computers, printers, air conditioners, and regular office supplies for my workshop.
Over the past several months, Amazon Egypt’s logistics operation has deteriorated dramatically. Deliveries are repeatedly attempted after 9 p.m., sometimes as late as 11 p.m. When I am obviously asleep, they mark the order as “Delivery Attempted” or even “Delivered.” Several items — including printer ink essential for my work — never arrived.
I prefer to post negative reviews as a last resort, but Amazon Egypt’s customer support does not even offer a first resort option. The “request a callback” link on their website is inoperative, and there is no functioning way to speak to a human being. Automated replies offer no solution while refunds appear without explanation, and missing items simply vanish into the system.
This is not a complaint from a casual buyer — I have spent thousands of pounds with Amazon over the years. Egypt now has many alternative e-commerce options, and I will be transferring my business elsewhere unless Amazon restores professional standards to its delivery and customer-care network.
In the spirit of conciliation: if a human being from Amazon happens to follow Trustpilot reviews, please post a reply to this review with a telephone number that connects to a real person. AI doesn’t cut it.
For others running workshops or small businesses: beware. Amazon’s Egypt operation can no longer be relied upon for timely, honest, or even completed deliveries.
Ordered the product twice, received it only once.
Unfortunately, I didn't receive the ordered quantity again. However, the full price was charged. Very unreliable.

My experience with Amazon has been terrible. I paid for a subscription and as soon as they received the money, they suspended my account automatically.
When I contacted them, they simply confirmed that my account would remain suspended.
The worst part is that they completely ignore the refund. They never answered when or if I would get my money back for a service that I never received.
This is a scam: Amazon takes your money, blocks your account, and refuses to refund you.
I strongly advise against using Amazon, especially if you travel or use a prepaid card, because instead of helping customers they just shut you out.
Amazon Egypt is catastrophic
Amazon Egypt is an absolutely appalling service. The products usually arrive very dirty and sometimes poorly packaged. It is also quite common that what you receive only vaguely resembles what you actually ordered. If you then have the misfortune of having to deal with their customer service—especially regarding delivery issues, which are almost systematic in Port Ghalib where I live (only Bosta is doing a grezt job)—you will be faced with a band of incompetents who will only try to waste your time. In the end, they will provide no service whatsoever, making you lose hours and entire evenings without being able to offer the slightest solution to your problem.
This is not my first expatriation. I have always dealt with Amazon in every country I have lived in. I have never had such a dreadful experience as with Amazon Egypt.

The service to Sharm el sheikh is very very bad I would recommend not to use because of so much misinformation Amazon give they can’t really service Sharm el sheikh and are full of excuses that conflict

I thinki in my opinion that amazon egypt is untrusted company and I advise against dealing with them even the orders they sell and ship may be replaced or lost and you can't get your money or if you get it it will be late

Amazon Egypt is very deceiving, never got right order , broken, missing something or receiving something completely different but taking full price for the original product. I have been using USA Amazon for 30 yrs very rear got wrong.. but in Egypt one very rear got it right. So sad .
orders mysteriously become canceled
Made an order, paid, the payment was deducted from my bank, then went online to see why it wasn't delivered yet and it's totally missing from my orders. No sign of the order anywhere, in spite of the fact I had already been charged for it. Finally, I found a section in the help center called "canceled orders", and it showed my order there as canceled. No reason why, no information on what I can do about it. So I ordered again, and the same thing happened. I tried to contact customer service, and it says "unavailable right now" on the website. Considering they already have my money, this is a terrible company. Don't order from them.

This company is full of scammers and thieves. I purchased a product that arrived broken missing a part, and completely different from what was shown in the listing. When I initiated a return, the delivery company kept canceling the pickup every time I scheduled it. No matter how many times I reschedule, they cancel it again. I'm convinced they took the original item and replaced it with the damaged one. This is clear fraud and completely unacceptable

Probably one of the worst platforms out there, please by all means don't shop there. Three times have I ordered and pay for an item and waited for it arrive after it was confirmed to be shipped only to find out they cancelled because that item doesn't exist or damaged in transfer is their to go excuse . If by some miracle you do receive an item and want to return it -because of course bad quality -no one will come to pick it up it took them one whole month for the return and it took me more than 6 times reaching out to customer service
