The experience of using the product has been great. Their customer service and onboarding is outstanding. The tool is highly customizeable, but made for agriculture!

I requested that my subscription be changed to yearly when my trial period ended about a month ago. I was told someone would contact me to get it changed. It has not been done and I've been charged monthly again.

We used an accounting software that drove me nuts! It wasn’t dialed in to the Agricultural business and I struggled with it everyday. Ambrook was suggested to us by our son. I went online checked their website out and decided to give it a try. It has made such a difference in our book keeping that everyone uses it. From uploading receipts right out of the field to entering our inventory and daily expenses has been so easy. If you have a question about something you can talk to Fin (AI) or email the Ambrook team. If you’ve really hit a stumbling block setting up an appointment with a team member is easy. They have support and education to help also. I really enjoy my book work now.

I was able to get my questions answered quickly and the issue that I was having was identified and a ticket was issued to see if the problem could be solved.

Shannon Emley has work with me to educate me on how to use the system and made it easy!

Customer Service has been fantastic! All the staff I've dealt with have been knowledgeable and extremely willing to help. They are also willing to take suggestions and discuss new ideas and features.

Ambrook has been great to use on multiple business enterprises. We jump on there every few days and tag expenses and we haven't lost connection to our bank accounts once, which was constantly happening with the other outfit. Being able to pull multiple real-time financial reports with the click of a button within all our enterprises in one place in a game changer. Keep up the great work, Ambrook!

The software seems to make all former manual inputs from others programs obsolete. The ease and time required for my bookkeeping has been reduced significantly!

Great service and product for our operation

I’m still wrestling with the details. Cannot download apple credit card data! Frustrating! Wanted to have taxes done for 2025, but not ready to make the change. Great system! Still needs fine tuning - I believe.

Ambrook has been a game changer for our operation. The convenience of using the app as soon as we spend money and have the receipt is great. And seeing all of our spending and income on an easy to read spreadsheet is great.

Ambrook has helped me so much in understanding the complexities of our ranching operation through easy to use format and incredible and timely support from their team members. I hate doing books. I love ranching. I find that I spend less time hating the books part because ambrook is built for ag operations and is so easy to use.
The ease of use in creating separate entities in ranching (we run yearlings, cow/calf, spring and fall calving, and do a lot of farming as well) is such a great way to break down budgets and find out exactly where your efficiencies or lack there of may lie and fine tune your operations financial security.
Also, for the first time in our ranching history, I was able to submit my taxes without a deadline extension!
I would highly recommend to anyone in the ranching community to use Ambrook.

We had been with QuickBooks, originally having the Desktop version. They kept putting up the cost of the subscription until it was much more economical to go with their Online version. We gave it a try last year, and it was a very frustrating year!! We started looking for something different and discovered Ambrook. We decided to try it, and we have not regretted it!! We have a trucking company, and it has been easy to get it set up and detailed to our needs. Plus it is easy to use and understand! We are grateful to have found this option. The service team with Ambrook has been wonderful as well! They have answered our questions and helped us out in different ways, getting this all set up for us. We are happy to recommend Ambrook to our friends and family!
