We love how easy it is to add purchases and keep track of bank accounts and money that’s comes in and goes out

As a farmer, we were looking for software that was easy to use. Ambrook was very easy to set up, giving us detailed reports without the need for an Accounting degree. However, with Bookkeeping, there are always questions and this is where they truly excel. Their customer support is exemplary! It helped us customize the software to meet our needs for multiple enterprises, from produce to meat and eggs. I would recommend them highly 👌

I love Ambrook. It is an easy way for me to keep track of my farm. I have separated my cattle operation from my row cropping so I can look and see how each operation is doing separate from the other and how they are combined. It’s is super handy to just be able to scan a receipt in and have it saved and processed rather than trying to find that receipt. When I go to my tax appointment I’m not fumbling around I can print a report and hand it to them and everything they need is right there. There looks to be way more in the system than I am currently using and I keep telling myself I’m going to sit down and learn it, but that is just like my books used to be never had time for them.

When I first got Ambrook I was struggling (I’m not tech savvy). However, they were able to have a conference call with me and within a matter of minutes their highly qualified employees were able to get me on track and squared away. Thanks!

You folks are doing a great job, the app is very intuitive and easy to work with.

I have enjoyed my transition from quickbooks to Ambrook. There have been a few bumps with the importing of bank info but the support team was amazing to work with. On a whole it has been good. I like the system. It is so easy once it is set up and all is working.

We run a row crop operation and an ag retail business and we switched over from Quickbooks in November of 2024. The experience has been nothing but pleasant. Not only is Ambrook more user friendly but it is also built better for our operations, allowing us to track income and expenses at a field level with ease.

The customer service is unmatched. When we have questions or run into issues we don't call into some customer service line to talk to someone with no knowledge of us or our operation that is likely in another country, we email or call our personal customer support representative.

They are constantly working to understand their customers and improve their platform. Honestly if we had looked at Ambrook at the beginning of 2024 we probably wouldn't have switched. They wouldn't have had the features we would have needed to make it work. By the end of 2024 they did and since then they have improved their product immensely adding location tracking with metrics, adding inventory, refining their invoice and billing processes, just to name a few.

The support team at Ambrook was very helpful in getting my books back in order after I made some equipment trade-ins and purchases. They asked all the right questions and were able to make the necessary fixes and then provide a video tutorial of how to do it myself in the future.
