Vincent was amazing. I am a 71 year old lady with a problematic stoma. He was respectful kind and caring during all calls and is a wonderful young man. I felt totally at ease. He is 100 percent in customer service

From initial contact by phone (which was answered quickly and cheerfully) to completion I was treated with respect and total professionalism. The operator clearly knew their product range and advised me accordingly. I was delighted by such knowledgeable and courteous service.

i just wanna say you have an amazing phone staff (Fiona Gurney)
i just wanna say i was really struggling today i rang my stoma supplies service and i was really panicking about getting more supplies because at nottinghamshire applice service management they are not picking up calls and the voice box is full thankfully i rang you guys and a lovely woman called Fiona Gurney spoke to me and calm me down and reinsured me she really does deserve this job because how kind of a person she really is i can’t believe how good you guys are she even spoke about new products with stomas and made me feel so comfortable i just wanna say a massive thank you to her because she made me feel like a normal person and made me be able to speak freely about my stoma issues without any judgement just trying her best to help me the best she possibly can

The service provided by Umair was outstanding
I approached Amcare for some Convatec samples, as I was experiencing skin problems and thought a change of bag might be the answer.
Umair's help was invaluable - he took the time to chat and explore possible solutions by way of products and accessories, organising samples extremely promptly.
In the event, I found the Convatec bags unsuitable but was happy to provide feedback to Umair. In his usual helpful and friendly manner, and despite not moving forward with Convatec, Umair very kindly offered an additional sample of one of the products I found to be helpful for my skin.
What fabulous service - Umair's professionalism is outstanding - thank you for your help and support.

Amcare really are exceptional and very…
Amcare really are exceptional and very kind, all stoma’s can be unpredictable and it’s great to have such a nice back up team. I ran out of Stoma pouches for my Urostomy, sent an email to Caroline Beech & they are coming tomorrow. I don’t usually get stuck, but this time they caught me. I was recently diagnosed with colon cancer and have had a stoma surgically fitted, I found Amcare on the internet, I signed up and was contacted by Sharon who was absolutely brilliant, I had so many questions she was able to answer professionally and sympathetically. The care from the team I have been dealing with, Sharon, Kev and Sarah has been second to none. I received samples to find out which would be the best fit for me as everyone is different and lots of helpful, practical advice like Facebook groups, travel passes and a radar key. I would wholeheartedly recommend this service to anyone

Fiona at Amcare has been amazing with me. She talked through the different product options available and sent out lots of samples. I've been ill a few times when Fionas phoned and she's always followed up asking how I am which in my opinion is amazing, she really does care and she's a credit to the company. After a few weeks of leakage after my 2nd surgery I spoke to callum who was brilliant in advising me about the different products and had me samples sent out the next day. I am so grateful to callum his customer service and knowledge was brilliant would highly recommend

Fiona was help full and explain what products she was sending asked did I need cutting and she sent me a night bag to fit new bag she listen to what problems I had and reassured me
