Non-responsive, horrible customer service
I accidentally booked a pick up in Cancun back in May with America-Transfers. I cancelled within 2 hours of booking but I never received a credit for the charge on my credit card. America-Transfers never returned any of my inquiries regarding the missing credit. It states on their website that if you do not receive a credit within 15 business days, contact your credit card company to assist. So that's what I did. The open dispute was just resolved, 3 months later but I had to have my credit card company do the legwork for me as America-Transfers never responded nor did they give me the credit on a reservation I cancelled. I do not recommend using this company and if I could, I would give them zero stars! Their customer service is awful!
