From their amazing customer service, starting with the reservation & detailed itinerary for pick-up to the professional drivers that go beyond to make your travel top notch. If you are looking for seamless transportation, Arizona GO is the best. Shoutout to Al & Greg for getting us to & from the airport safely & timely.

I highly recommend Arizona Go Shuttle! I’ve used them multiple times, and they have always been incredibly reliable and right on time. The vehicles are always very clean and comfortable, and the entire process is so easy from start to finish.

It’s such a relief knowing I don’t have to worry about whether my ride will show up when I need it. Great service, dependable, professional, and easy to use. I’ll definitely continue using Arizona Go Shuttle!

This was my first time using Arizona GO and I couldn’t be happier. I had a late flight and there already aren’t many options for transportation nearby to choose from. I am so glad to have found their service. The website is very easy to navigate and schedule a ride request, but it is the follow-up via e-mail and text messages that was superb. It couldn’t have been easier and I was able to prepay the e-mailed invoice via Apple Pay. I was referred by a family member and I can see now why they are recommended by so many local communities in the area. It was really great talking with Robin and everything from the car, the driving and the whole experience was 5-stars. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

Arizona Go is now my GO-TO Shuttle!

In the past, I have always us to driven to the airport, parked and locked the vehicle, take a picture of where we're parked, gotten the suitcases and family together and into the shuttle. Shuttle drops us off at the airport, get the suitcases and family out of the shuttle, through the doors to check-in. Phew! I'm already tired and it's only day one.

This time we opted to use this service and I will continue to use them. The communication before, during and after was exactly what I need. The vehicle was clean and our driver, Greg, was professional, on time and very helpful.

I highly recommend this provider.

Robin and Greg were wonderful to work with ! As our plans kept changing due to logistics issues..They were patient, kind, professional , AND ..very understanding! i would not hesitate to use their company again!

We love Arizona Go! Robin and Greg always get right back to us about scheduling our reservation and the drivers are super responsive. They text us to confirm they are on the way( or at the pick up airport location), remind us about locking up and are fun to talk to.

I have been using Arizona Go shuttle service for a few years to both the Phoenix airport and the Tucson airport. Greg and Robin are very consumer focused, and strive to give a perfect experience each and every time. This week I had a flight from Philadelphia to Phoenix that was delayed close to 3 hrs. Using the text feature provided to me by Arizona Go, I informed them of my flight delay. They tracked my progress to Phoenix, and gave me specific instructions for my pick up ( at 11:00 pm instead of 8:00 pm). Greg picked me up exactly as indicated ( time and location at the airport) and got me home by 1:00 a.m. I was exhausted, and Greg was concerned about my comfort and well being. Truly 5 star service! I use them whenever needed and I do recommend them to others , especially those who are looking for a clean car (Honda SUV), a safe driver with a pleasant demeanor, and on time. Adjusting my new time requirements due to airline flight delays was what high quality service is all about.
They make it easy to stay in touch , and to keep on the same page.

Arizona Go! took us from Tucson to Sky Harbor. The driver arrived 5 minutes early and the travel to Phoenix was smooth and pleasant - a good experience all around.

More recently I booked service to the Tucson airport, but my travel plans changed and I needed to cancel the reservation. They refunded my deposit right away with no questions asked.

You read about good customer service, but Arizona Go! delivers on that.

I had scheduled round trip service with Arizona Go, a few months back, and unfortunately I had to cancel my upcoming trip in August. The team got right back to me, and the refund process was simple and quick. I will be choosing Arizona Go for all my future travel to Arizona.

Greg is who made my experience amazing. He went above and beyond starting when I made the reservation. We had a few communications to ensure he would be there exactly when the flight landed. The ride was 45minutes or so and chatting with him felt so easy like a good conversation with a soothing cup of coffee and a best friend. I then changed my plans to come home earlier, and he fit me into his very busy schedule as well as followed up with me to ensure I arrived home safely.

We have used Arizona Go several times. The are always on-time and very accommodating.

Robin and Greg are awesome! We won’t use anyone else for our ride needs. They are professional, friendly and very accommodating. They worked with us when our flights were delayed and then eventually cancelled to be available to pick us up when we finally arrived. Couldn’t ask for a better group of people!

Greg is an exceptional business owner. Extremely personable and a great conversationalist. Kind of nice on a long ride. On time pickups and it was nice to make a supplies stop on the way to my destination.

10 out of 10! This company does it right. Robin is absolutely wonderful and has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. She is warm, friendly, and such a sweetheart. It is so refreshing to speak to a real human being on the phone! Use them for any of your travel needs and don’t use any other companies; they are the best!
