Mark was very helpful with explaining what was involved in purchasing gold and silver bullion.

Rep kept bashing previous representative, but overly apologetic for things out of his control (started to get annoying). The proposal does not reflect everything it was verbally discussed (e.g., use of the cash within my account). Additionally, it is reflected in the invoice that was sent.

I am pleased with the handling of my account and the concern for its performance shown by Mr. French. While I have been mistreated in prior dealings, Mr. French has gone out of his way to take corrective actions and reduce/eliminate my losses.
