I bought a used caravan

Service that I received was brilliant the boss man went above and beyond to sort out my issue with installation as some of bolt's wrong size but he got around the problem and completed the task

My motorhome went in for a full service and the work was done to a high standard. Every system was checked, oil changed, and small adjustments made where needed. The service report was detailed, and everything was explained clearly. I feel confident the motorhome is ready for long trips. The cost was reasonable, and the turnaround time was faster than I expected.

Alex and his team carried out some extensive electrical and body work repairs on our American caravan.

We’re to start with this fantastic company..
Me and my wife decided on buying a caravan and was very hard finding what one we came across The CARAVAN Centre and spoken to a gentleman of a man Herbert.
When we speaking to this man on the phone he was not push push for a sale he gave us loads and loads of options on the phone and told us at no obligation to take a trip down Stickney Boston Lincolnshire were would meet he’s grandson and take a look around..
When we got there again he’s grandson was not pushy for a sale he’s took us around to every CARAVAN to take a look at every option and go from there in the end we did purchase a fantastic CARAVAN from this company.
They was a small little mark on one of the sofa what me and my wife did not see after purchase they actually come and told us and changed it we are so so so satisfied with this company of if your not sure what company to go for please try this one they are fantastic and I promise you, they will not let you down thank you very much too Herbert and grandson.

We purchased our used 32ft camper from Herbert & Tyler and we have successfully moved in and only had minor issues to sort!

I did read reviews on this company and was slightly worried but Herbert was very willing to discuss and guide me through the process and pros and cons etc. He was open and honest the whole way through and understood why we had our concerns.
We decided to go for it and went up in person to look at their stock and meet Tyler.
Tyler was fab and got all pre-work sorted before we had it delivered, they let us come back a few times to make sure we were happy and Herbert was very accommodating and helpful!

Communication was a little tricky at times ie. Getting some of our points across but in the end it all worked out. We did have some issues with delivery but the delivery guy was really nice and accommodating on the day.

All in all a good experience and will shop again once we have renovated this one and are ready to upgrade!

I would advise everyone to stay away!
False advertisement, not got a clue what they are doing. Just looking to take your money and scam you.

Constantly changing the company name also, I wonder why!?!

Honestly don’t waste your time.
