Both John Hazel and the loan processor Lisa Jefferson were outstanding. You are not just a number to them but a actual person. They worked hard through several obstacles to complete my refinance on time. Top notch caring people with excellent customer service

This company was amazing!!! My loan officer Julee Ketelhut was the best part of the whole experience. It was not just a job for her she genuinely cared and went to bat for me when things arose in my situation. Everyone I spoke to outside of her was so friendly and helpful. The processor Eric Wedgeworth was also just as helpful and understanding. They are on top of everything and so organized and professional. I can’t brag about this company enough and I will recommend everyone to them without hesitation.

This company is possibly the WORST
I have ever dealt with, PERIOD. I have now been trying to close on my house FOR MONTHS! The agent, his name is Malcolm has a major attitude, will not return calls, and now we probably have lost our rate! They can’t keep staff, those who are there to supposedly support him also will not return calls and I now know why. Do not deal with this company, run fast and far away!

Andrew Paulson was excellent, and we were more than happy with American Financing! We were hesitant to do a cash out refinance, as we assumed interest rates would be pretty bad. Luckily, we got a great quote and deal, and the whole process was incredibly easy. Compared to our original mortgage and past refinance, this was by far the easiest and most transparent.
