What a great company! I have listened to the endorsement from my favorite talk show host for a year and when the time was right I went to the site and filled out my application. Dec 10 2021 to closing on Jan 17th 2022 this has been the most stress free business transaction I have done in many years. I was contacted by Justin White, my mortgage consultant within an hour and scheduled our initial interview call the next day which was a Saturday, my only day off. Within just a few minutes speaking with him it felt as if we had been friends for years. I was kept updated on a consistent basis and if not him updating me, nothing was missed with Heather Lorber my processor who was on the job with any information to pass along. The portal was the best and easiest platform I have ever used. Not enough stars to give to this company, Justin, Heather and the entire team right down to the local notary who came to our home. I sure wish I was an important or famous person so my endorsement would reach more people, but you'll have to just take it from this old common guy who needed help and got more than expected!

I am a repeat customer at American Financing and John Hazel is the guy I go to. He is very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.
I would definitely recommend John to all my friends.

Alexandra Spollen was my consultant and was very polite. Alexandra answered my call on the first call or called me back quickly. The refinance was quick, explained throughly and all my questions were answered in terms I could understand. There was a few unforseen issue but we were able to work the issue out. I was very satisfied with the whole process.

We refinanced our house with American finance 3 times and the last 2 times was with the same person jason vigil. Worst experience ever!!! Never touched base, completely ignored phone and email!! We had to go through the main number just to get a response . Absolutely the worst experience ever

John Hazel, Sarah Morton and the whole team kept me in the loop and worked very diligently to get the refinance done as quickly as possible.

From start to finish, Andrew Paulsen was very professional and courteous throughout the entire refi process. I started the refi before the Christmas Holiday and was able to close 30 days later. Andrew, thank you for your continued and prompt assistance with my refi...I will definitely pass the great experience I had with American Financing to family and friends!!!

If I could give ten stars I would! Andrew Paulsen and the whole team at American Financing have been a true pleasure to work with. This is the second time we’ve used them to re-if and both times it was an easy, safe and happy experience.

Andrew Parrish and Jacki Lopez were amazing. They made our refinance process (during the VERY busy holiday season) more efficient than I ever could have imagined. Their communication and customer service from our first connection through closing was amazing!

Had very bad time with American Finance, understand lots of refi’s going on but over 3 months and not completed! Mike McCome, Blake the “processor, and Monique Martinez…..if you are dealing with these people run, don’t walk way! Never again will I try to use a mortgage company that isn’t local! You have been warned!

John has very good knowledge in home loans. Responding to emails or phone call even snarky emails John does not do well. I like to get business done Efficiently myself, productive communication allows both parties to you speak then I speak, I respond you respond. When a person likes hearing themselves talk. I say ok let's get this experience and transaction over quickly. I got the mortgage I needed see ya by.

John was fantastic! So nice and always helpful. Made the entire process very easy.

Everyday when I watch Glenn Beck on BlazeTV, I hear about American Financing. I finally decided to call for a refinance. I have to admit that it was all that Glenn had suggested. My phone calls with Andrew Paulsen were professional and pleasant. Andrew has a way of putting you at ease with this daunting process. He answered my questions in a way I could understand. Glenn should have Andrew do the Ads for he definitely has a voice for radio and TV!

Nathan Rogers (Sales Manager) and Bradley Gertz (Processor) were THE BEST! I wanted to get my loan finished up by year's end 2021 and they made it happen by November with a great intertest rate and awesome customer care. After 2 re-fi loans with Nathan I will never go anywhere else!

Andrew and his team rocked and got my refinance done with no headache or jumping threw hoops. I got the interest rate I wanted and would recommend them to anyone.
