Working with AmericanWebtronics.com has been one of the most frustrating and dishonest experiences I’ve had with any service provider.

Samuel Calvin, Frank West, and Alan misrepresented their ability to deliver what was promised and deliberately misled me throughout the project. After failing to meet basic deliverables, they attempted to hold my domain hostage, removing my ownership information from the DNS and refusing to unlock or release it—despite having no legal or ethical right to control it.

They are scammers pretending to be a web developer with turnaround times of 24-72hrs but have been working on the same exact issue since March 10 and cant get it right even though detailed instructions and visual mockups were provided. Nothing about them is legit and I urge everyone to be careful.

This isn’t just poor service—it’s predatory and manipulative. They’ve acted in bad faith from the start and ignored repeated requests to correct the situation. I’ve since reported them to ICANN and am preparing to escalate further.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and operate with zero integrity.
