I liked that I finally got a website that I feel proud of. The process was a little tiresome in terms of communication with the team. It felt like for the first few days when they were selling their services to me, they were so attentive and proactive with me and my website’s success, and then it just completely diminished and felt like pulling teeth to get things done/fix typos. I also feel like they were not upfront about all of the cost from the get-go and they made me think that my initial first few payments were gonna be the only ones, and it ended up being a LOT more. That is something that made me feel uneasy vs. excited. I had a few different people who became my website’s project managers at the time, I’m not sure why. But the last one, Ozhan, was happy to help me and attentive and I do appreciate that.

Their logo design service was fantastic clean, modern, and perfectly aligned with my brand. Delivered fast and exactly how I wanted.

I’m at a loss for words. This is my second review. They’re nice people which is the only reason I’m not giving them a 1 star review. I just don’t know what else to do. $23,000 spent, 2 years in the making and the site has sold 1 item… If things turn around I will delete this. But for now writing this review is the only thing making me feel better and it may be the only thing that will me any attention. Thank you for reading.

The worst company EVER. These people dont respond when called, they dont answer questions, and every time you talk to them, they are trying to sell you on something else. This is a warning, stay away and just make ur website ur self on Shopify.

Do not do it! Nothing short of a disaster. A 7 week project turned into 7 months and still nothing to show for it apart from a dysfunctional, terrible outcome. A total waste of money and time. I now have to rework the whole website again. All the positive reviews you see are fake. Beware!

Premium Web Stop designed a modern and user-friendly customized website for me. Their staff listened carefully to what I needed and delivered a sleek and contemporary look that makes me stand out.

Don't do it! It was a scam! I signed up for having a Shopify site updated to improve SEO and got sucked into what was supposed to be a site rebuild in addition to the SEO improvements. Once in, they stuck me for additional fees to rebuild the mobile site and to have bloggers develop advertising materials.

There was some activity in Shopify for SEO that only served to reduce my limited activity to absolutely nothing.

The site rebuild never happened, the mobile re-write never happened, no blogger materials. When I tried contacting them about it, I got bounced around and promised call-backs that never happened.

$3,000 down the drain...a sucker born every day...

Do not trust these people to do what they promise to do. Get everything in writing, because they will promise the moon and deliver you dirt. I've paid this company around $10k+ for an online store. And I have absolutely nothing to show for my money. Thetmy just stop communicating. I added on thousands to get additions to my website they never delivered. Do not trust them.

They built a webpage. they were supposed to give me access to the backend and show me how to use it. they went over it bcz they wouldnt answer me and the webpage is down so i reversed the charges. they won the reversal and webpage is down run from them

Premium webstop c'est n'importe quoi sauf du concret.
Beaucoup d'argent à été déboursés pour remplir leurs poches mais pas les nôtres, nous investissons pour une entreprise et nous sommes floués.
J'ai demandé de fermer mon site rien n'a été fait.
À présent la titulaire du site est décédé et rien n'a été pris en considération et ma deco prestige est toujours en ligne.
