The 'all-inclusive price' turned into a bait and switch!
On 03/30/26 I received this quote "This is Ryan from American X Logistics Inc! Thanks for requesting a quote. Your all-inclusive price is $325.00!"...on 04/04/26 I paid the auto transport reservation deposit fee of $100.00...shipment was then scheduled for 04/25/26. I then spoke with Ryan on at least 3 occasions prior to shipment and he confirmed each time my entire balance due was $225.00. On 04/24/26, the day before shipment I received a call from Henry asking for another $300.00 for another auto transport reservation fee and an additional $500.00 for the truck driver. Then after my vehicle was picked up I received another call asking for an additional $150.00 for another auto transport reservation fee. So the 'all-inclusive price' of $325.00 turned into $1050.00. Needless to say I paid everything to make sure I got my vehicle back. Ryan and Henry were both extremely difficult to understand on the phone, they sounded like they were from Bangladesh or India. They also talked extremely fast and I had to raise my voice just to ask a question. I strongly they feel they used this communication issue to their benefit. My vehicle was dropped off on time and at the designated location but the key we gave the driver is now twisted and bent. The key worked just fine before and now gets stuck in the ignition and is no longer usable. I pray everyone reads this review before spending a single cent to this company.

I had a great experience with American X Logistics. They offered a very competitive price and, most importantly, stuck to it with no surprises. The entire shipping process was smooth, communication was clear, and everything was handled professionally. It's not always easy to find a company that is both reliable and honest, but they definitely delivered. I highly recommend them and would gladly work with them again. They truly deserve a 5-star rating!

They charged me for a service but never performed it; they failed to fulfill their end of the contract and are now demanding even more money. I am currently waiting for them to refund my payment. They are a deceitful company; whenever I write to them, they provide no response, and they have even issued threats. I am waiting for my money to be returned.

Terrible customer service. I booked for my car to get shipped more than a month out in advance to make sure the process went smooth. The day of pick up came and they gave me a run around and said they could not find any drivers. They rescheduled me for 2 days out. Pick up date rolls out again and no call, no show. I had to call and call to them finally get a call back stating that they will call me back. They took my deposit money and that was the end. I don't recommend doing business with them.

I had an excellent experience working with Daniel Robinson at American X Logistics. From the beginning, he and his teaam was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. He explained the entire shipping process clearly and made sure I felt confident moving forward. Throughout the transport, Daniel and his team kept me updated and was always available to answer my questions. The pickup and delivery were right on time, and my vehicle arrived in perfect condition without any issues. I truly appreciated his honesty and dedication to customer service. I highly recommend Daniel Robinson to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free auto transport experience.

Ben is very helpful and never got frustrated with all the questions I had.

They immediately ask for your social security during application process which is a huge security risk and inappropriate to ask for during initial application. Wouldn't trust these people as far as you could chuck em with a trebuchet.
