Incredible buy!!!

I had never heard of Ameridown so I was a little skeptical about purchasing at first, but they had the best deal I could find on a beautiful high quality fur blanket, and I'm thrilled that I bought it! It arrived only TWO days after buying, and the quality is just unbelievable. A rich, lush piece that looks far more expensive than it was. So pleased!!!

Not made in the US

I thought Ameridown down products were made in the US, but I found that both the duvet cover and the down alternative product I have were made in China. It was hard to find this information on the webpage for the products but it was on the tag when they arrived.

My apologies for your surprise, but yes, our shells are produced in China, however, the fill is domestic.

Great quality at a reasonable price

Great quality at a reasonable price. Lots of different options to choose from. I live in the southwest and purchased the lightweight premier comforter to use in the summer and the medium weight elite to use in the winter. I paid extra for the elite in the for the medium weight and though the sizing was said to be the same it was slightly larger which I appreciated. I was able to wash in my top loader washing machine. Air fluffed and then line dried the rest of the way. Highly recommend.

Wasn't for me

Wasn't for me. The material was loud and not soft. I understand it would have softened up a bit after washing it, but still just not what I was looking for.
