We came across Amica via our broker having spent many hours trying to get cover on a Barn conversion. Georgia was brilliant, friendly, helpful and understanding, but importantly she kept to her word and called back with a competitive quote covering our needs.

They were the only insurance broker who could find us the cover we needed (proper insurance for an outbuilding). Fantastically responsive and friendly to chat to, and everything was very relaxed. We've used them 2 years running now!

Matt does all the hard work, searching for the best quotes based on my needs.
This year’s renewal for two properties was actually cheaper than last year - not by much, but I was expecting an increase as all my fellow landlords have had increased charges.
All I do is ring or email when I need a quote and he just sorts it.

Incredible service. I came to them needing to insure a residential building that had not been previously insured, where the owner had passed away and probate hadn't gone through and the executor was not in a position to do it himself. Everyone else told me it wouldn't be possible. Not only did Matt make it happen, the level of cover for the price was fantastic. It covered things I didn't expect we could get covered. He helped get it sorted just as a bank holiday weekend started too. Will definitely come back to them for any other complex insurance situation I'm faced with.

What a service I got from Cat today! I explained my complicated circs to her (we'd had home contents renewal declined by our previous insurer for spurious reasons that weren't our fault) but she calmly noted the facts, got on with it and VERY QUICKLY responded with an excellent proposal from a top notch insurer. Cat was really pleasant to deal with, too. Based on this experience I plan to bring ALL my insurance over to Amica in the course of time.

The conversations held with Andy Walker were like a breath of fresh air. He was calm, patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with unlike the pushy operatives at a lot of other insurance service providers. The policy he put together for us was perfect considering the unusual nature of our requirement which others just couldn't be bothered with. First class service, well done.

I have used Amica twice over the last six months for buildings only insurance on high value property and they have been brilliant! Their service is terrific and they saved me a significant sum of money compared to my previous broker. I would highly recommend them!

Really happy with the service provided. They were able to get me a better deal on home insurance and didn't resort to hard-selling or putting on pressure. They provided all the information I needed in an email as asked, so I was able to take my time and do some research.

Went to renew my policy with existing insurance company only to be told that annual premium has risen by about £300. So I contacted Amica and spoke to Georgia with regard to my Buildings & Contents Insurance including flood cover.
I think she is the first person to actually acknowledge that something has been done about the flooding problem in the form of flood water storage tanks and my 13 years no claims.
I have mentioned this every time to other insurers but I think they just took the stance that you've been flooded in the past and that's your price. No consideration to length of no claims or any mitigating circumstances taken.
Georgia sorted my policy out in less than 24 hours at a great price. That included full food cover and was about £250 cheaper than my previous insurer. I will certainly look to you for a renewal price next year and will recommend you whenever the opportunity arises.

Amica contacted me following from a comparison website. I received an initial first call first thing in the morning following my request. We recently purchased building and contents insurance through Amica. Georgia has been helping us out and she has been fabulous. She found a really competitive price through AXA, which meets our needs. She was also great at answering our questions about the small prints and explaining some of the t&cs - which can always be challenging to get your head around!
The whole process of finding insurance has been made a whole lot easier and less stressful. We'll be 100% getting in touch with Georgia at Amica when other insurances come up for renewal!
