Many people prefer to use English when interacting with international contacts, especially if they think it might be easier or more comfortable for the other person.

If you want to keep the conversation in Spanish, you could gently mention your preference for speaking in Spanish.

Despite the strict implementation of anti-fraud measures, there may be some occasions that there are members that tend to breach the policies in the platform. Having said so, I strictly recommend to contact us at support@amolatina.com.

In order to reverify and process this complaint, we recomment that you resubmit any supporting material regarding the members involved don your experience as we're unable to currently locate them and your account with the given fate on your review.

*Profile Link or ID number for each member
*Screenshots of suspicious conversation
*Time and date of correspondence
*Any further evidence that the profiles are dishonest.

Do be informed that we have anti-scam policy implemented in the platform to make sure that we can have a secure community. Misidentification ((i.e., someone who uses another member’s profile without permission to communicate with you). We will surely reimburse all credits you incurred communicating with this member and ban the member permanently given that they have a confirmed profile status) is one of the grounds of such policy thus we'll be waiting for your email to make sure this concern is responded with urgency.

We ensure that all the confirmed profiles on our site are genuine by making sure we have seen their verification documents, such as their passport, prior to allowing them access to our website.

Also, we have implemented an Anti-Scam Policy to protect you and make you feel secure on our site.
Kindly provide us with the user's ID number, a brief description, and any supporting material to prove these claims. We fully understand that our app is not the cheapest, check what you get in return: anti-scam protection, constant updates, etc. Try online chat instead of email unless you don't want to send a 5,000 character message every time.
