Hi Fiona, I’m really sorry to read this and that you’re feeling so disappointed, especially as you’ve loved them before.

We’d really love to understand what might be happening. Can I ask whether you’re using a fresh set of lashes each time, or reusing previously worn sets?

Sometimes if lashes have been removed using oil based products and aren’t fully cleansed afterwards, this can affect how the bond performs next time. Oil based formulas break down the bond, and even a small residue can impact retention on reapplication.

It’s quite unusual for our clusters not to last, particularly if you’ve had good wear previously, so we’d genuinely like to get to the bottom of what’s changed over the last few applications. There may be a small tweak that makes a big difference.

We’re so pleased to hear you found the ordering and delivery process easy and that the nails gave you that salon finish at home. It’s a shame you lost a couple after a week, as they can often last much longer than this. Extra exposure to water, heat, and frequent hand washing can definitely affect wear time, and with a little more practice perfecting the application, many customers find they last even longer.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for sharing your experience with us. We’re really pleased to hear that your order arrived quickly and that you initially loved the look of the nails, but we’re genuinely sorry to hear about the issues you experienced afterwards.

With correct application, our press on nails can last up to two weeks and in some cases longer. Instructions are included inside the box, however we are always more than happy to offer tailored guidance if needed, as application can make a big difference to both longevity and wear.

In terms of the colour wear, we do recommend sealing the nails with a clear top coat once applied. This helps to fully protect the colour and finish, especially during everyday activities where natural wear and tear can occur. This is mentioned on our website.

Regarding the discolouration to your natural nails, this can happen if any moisture becomes trapped between the press on nail and the natural nail. Ensuring nails are fully dry and properly prepped before application is really important to prevent this.

We’re very sorry that this was your experience and that you were left feeling disappointed. If you’re open to it, we would really love for you to reach out to our customer service team so we can offer personalised advice and support, and help ensure this is resolved for you.
