Lashes just do not stay stuck
I feel that the glue just isn’t working for the lashes anymore. I used to love the lashes but now they haven’t even lasted one day before half of the cluster lashes have fallen off. I feel for the amount you pay it’s just not worth it, you may as well just get strip or cheaper lashes that last just as long. Last time I’ll be purchasing and generally wouldn’t recommend. The lashes look good one but they are not long lasting. I’ve had issues for the last three attempts now. Shame.

Hi Fiona, I’m really sorry to read this and that you’re feeling so disappointed, especially as you’ve loved them before.
We’d really love to understand what might be happening. Can I ask whether you’re using a fresh set of lashes each time, or reusing previously worn sets?
Sometimes if lashes have been removed using oil based products and aren’t fully cleansed afterwards, this can affect how the bond performs next time. Oil based formulas break down the bond, and even a small residue can impact retention on reapplication.
It’s quite unusual for our clusters not to last, particularly if you’ve had good wear previously, so we’d genuinely like to get to the bottom of what’s changed over the last few applications. There may be a small tweak that makes a big difference.
