You sent me the wrong quartz glass tube the one I need is about 5or6 inches long the one you sent me is about 3 my model is a Amosijoy model epc-1000-uv how can I get the right one.

I was a little skeptical, this cat window perch fit perfectly and after adding my pets warming pad to it, my cat loves it. I was worried that it wouldn’t hold when a 15 lb cat climbed on, but the Velcro held up very well and it doesn’t sag with his weight on it. I am pleased with this purchase.

Excellent Customer Service
My daughter purchased a window perch from a secondary seller and it was missing some of the hardware. I contacted Amosijoy with my inquiry to purchase a new set of replacement hardware. Customer Service responded quickly and answered my questions. The product arrived quickly and was reasonably priced.

Hi! We sent the shipping info to you on July 3. Please check your mailbox. You can find "Track Order" at the footer of our website and enter the tracking code to check the current logistics status.
Now, your package has departed the USPS Regional Facility at 18:21 on July 11.
The package still has not received a label
I have paid and the payment has been received. The shipping label still has yet to be printed.

Hi! We are so sorry that you can not find the Real-time information about the package. The international flight of your package has arrived in the USA on June 23.
We sent you the logistics email on June 18. And yesterday, we also explained that the reason why you only find the track stays still.
We mentioned two logistics providers in the shipping email: YunExpress and USPS. The tracking number of YunExpress displays complete logistics information, whereas USPS only shows logistics information after the package has been transferred from China to the United States. Therefore, you can only find that the USPS tracking number remains at the step of printing the label.
The system recommends that we fill in the tracking number of the USA local logistics provider. This might have led to the fact that you couldn't find any information about the shipment of the package in China.

Hi, the glass tube cover you ordered is designed to protect the 5W bulb, which is compatible with the 172GPH-650L filtration tank. Before you place the order, you can choose the right size. About after-sales issues, please send an email to the customer service.
