Andrew made two custom planters for me and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. There was plenty of back and forth throughout the process, including several phone calls, and his attention to detail was excellent. He really took the time to understand what I wanted, advised me on the custom trim and helped turn my original design vision into something practical and buildable.

These guys are just brilliant! I enquired about a bespoke order to replace a planter I’ve had for about 20 years. The team took the photos, built an almost identical replica (my choice), checked it was what I was wanting before they made it, kept me up to speed on build, delivery, and amended the delivery date to suit me. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for more. Their customer service is exceptional and I would highly recommend A&M Planters and will be using them again. Thanks again for such a great experience.

The planters are stunning. We had a wait as they were custom sized but absolutely worth it! They kept me up to date with timelines and delivery great customer service.

They are excellent, so much so that I immediately ordered another one!

Having bought one for a client as part of their garden transformation I was very impressed with the style, workmanship and appearance of the planters. I bought the 600 x 600 x 600 mm with trellis, painted in Urban Slate to complement the house features, many other colours are available. I’ve just taken delivery of 3 large planters for my own garden transformation in black and am so pleased with them. I ordered planters with castors with brakes- perfect for a change round and give you flexibility for your garden space.

Customer service is excellent! Professional, friendly and I was kept informed from order to delivery. The delivery driver delivered with care and adapted to my request to deliver to family down the road at short notice.

With lots of styles to choose from I look forward to incorporating into future designs.

Both the construction and customer service was exemplary. We had a few planters already but A&M's are superior. We also appreciated the constant updates on our delivery and the help we received when finalising our order.

Have bought more than 10 planters on two separate occasions from A&M Planters and would recommend them 100%. We always prefer to support a small independent business and the fact they deliver directly themselves really differentiates them as you know that they will arrive in excellent condition, on the day they say. They also ensure the planters are exactly where you want them, for us at the bottom of the back garden.

Really well made planters. Bought my Mum one to go with the one that she had from A and M planters 2 years ago which still looks great and is showing NO signs of wear and tear. Really pleased with this product and would thoroughly recommend.
