Thank you for your feedback.

We are sorry to learn that the Geemarc AmpliDECT 595 was not suitable for your mother's needs.

With regard to your comment about reviews not appearing on our website, all reviews submitted through our website are moderated by our team before publication, regardless of whether they are positive or negative. This process can result in a delay between a review being submitted and appearing online.

We note that this purchase was made in January and is now outside our 30-day returns period. However, if you would like advice on alternative telephones that may be better suited to your mother's specific hearing requirements, please contact our team at helpdesk@amplifiedtelephones.co.uk and we will be happy to make recommendations.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment with the phones you have recently purchased.

We would, however, like to clarify that following your contact with our team, we provided pairing instructions, a copy of the user manual and further troubleshooting assistance in an effort to resolve the issue. When this did not resolve the problem, we also arranged for a free returns label to be sent to you by post, as we understood you were unable to print one yourself.

As a retailer, we are unfortunately unable to carry out technical testing over the telephone. For this reason, where a fault is suspected, the product must be returned so that it can be properly inspected and tested. We also provided the manufacturer's contact details, as they may be able to offer additional technical guidance directly.

We understand this was not the immediate resolution you were hoping for, but please be assured that the return was arranged with the intention of ensuring the matter could be fully investigated and, where appropriate, resolved through a replacement or refund.

We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.

Finally, also note we await your return and that we hope to be able to resolve your query promptly.
