Sammie as well as the other Amtrak vacation staff members made planning seamless, stress-free and easy! I was constantly updating my plan and the staff consistently demonstrated kindness and great professionalism! Kudos!

This is our second experience making train vacation plans with Amtrak Vacations, both times the customer service was stellar.

I needed help switching a train schedule for guests and Hillary was great to work with and made the process easy!

I called in to get everything squared away and reached Hilary K. She took care of the billing issue and we are good to go. Grateful to work with someone who understood the problem and resolved it promptly. Thanks, Hilary.

We experienced a problem with our travel documents- we received train tickets for a trip in May when our scheduled trip was in March. Hilary was pleasant and friendly and we felt comfortable that she would find a resolution to our problem, which she did quickly and called us back to let us know. We received our new train tickets in less than an hour. Thanks Hilary

As a Travel Advisor I reached out to AV and got connected with Hilary Klein and she was great. She went over the multi-destination Itinerary and took final payment. I have spoken with her in the past and she is always so kind and she never comes off as not experienced in her position. She also seems to have a great personality that radiates through the phone. I look forward to reaching out to her in the future.

My guest had an issue on there train trip and Hilary made sure that the refund was processed quickly after my first call and the refund never came.

I called to find out if it was possible to get to and from our home in Indianapolis to Chicago (our departure and return site). Being an inexperienced traveler, I probably needed more assistance than most. I felt lucky to have my call answered by Hilary - she absolutely could not have been more helpful. We are fully prepared to make our connections, an enjoy our “maiden voyage”.

The customer service representative who helped me was very helpful, sincere and expedient in helping me resolve my issue.

I reached out to the company to add train extension to a trip that I had previously booked. I spoke to Hilary, who gave me the lowdown on what options were available. After discussing our plans with my husband, I emailed Hilary with our decision. She called, and set up our extension including information about luggage and connections. Excellent experience. Easy and informative.

I spoke with Hilary Klein this morning about a problem with my scheduled trip to Florida. She cleared up and fixed an difficult problem I was having with this booking. If not for her immediate, valuable help, I would have lost the opportunity to change this trip as it would have been too late to do so. I am so grateful to her for her care and her help. I worked with Nate Sullivan and Steve Mains to book a family trip. Both gave over-the-top superb customer service. They were extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and patient. They gave outstanding advice and they established my trust at the outset. Both of these gentlemen are outstanding and I consider myself lucky to have been paired with them. I had to make a change to a Grand Canyon itinerary. She collected the info and put me on hold to investigate. Then she came back with a solution, verified it, then put me on hold again to implement it. The call got dropped, but she called me right back. When she finally provided the solution, it was better than what she originally indicated. On her own initiative she got some of the change fees waived! Go Sammi! Thanks.

I spoke with Sammi Cain with Rail Bookers to update a client who was already booked and needed to make some changes to the itinerary. Sammi was very understanding and supportive of the transaction and handled everything very efficiently

I spoke with Kevin Helton today who helped me make some major changes to our booked trip from AZ to Washington, DC...from one way tickets to roundtrip with a different departure point. He was very informative and gave details about our trains and hotels that I hadn't heard before. I appreciated his patience and attention to detail. Thank you, Kevin.

Hilary was my Amtrax representative today and she was absolutely excellent in answering all of my concerns! She was super attentive, listening, and very patient, which I was truly appreciative for at my age!
