I am new to personal training but so glad my experience has started with Amy from Squidgebusters. Amy really helped me to feel at ease, answered all my questions and understood what I was looking for in both fitness and nutrition. My tailored training sessions have helped to target my whole body and I sure do feel it post sessions so I know it’s time well spent. Amy delivers well planned sessions and is great at explaining the exercises not just what to do but what they will help with. Nutrition for me is most of the battle, Amy helps to monitor my daily food log and make recommendations to help me meet my goals. Really glad that I started this journey with Amy. Amy will support, motivate and challenge you, really recommend !

I had a PT session with Amy from Squidgebusters yesterday and she was fantastic! She listened to what I wanted to achieve, showed me lots of new and fun exercises, and pushed me just enough! 100% recommend!
