I started training with Tom 18 months ago to increase strength to support my bones (over 60 woman) and achieve weight loss. He has tailored training to my specific needs, provides constructive feedback when needed, and has helped me achieve my goals. I am lighter, firmer, fitter and most importantly stronger. I will stay with his training plans to maintain this.

Iâve gone from never lifting weights to now 4 times per week. He pushes you outside of your comfort zone, and is very encouraging with progress. Now I am Doing exercises I never thought was possible.
He explains and demonstrates what I am doing wrong in great detail. His advice on nutrition has also been very beneficial and heâs so knowledgeable.
He always responds to questions on exercises I am unsure of.
Online was best option for me due to work commitments as I can do it in my own time during the week.
