Worse place I’ve ever bought from. The dress I bought was poor quality and was too big. They wanted me to return to china when they have a London address. Requested my money refund with return of the dress never responded. I’m going through my bank for the money back and returning the dress to London. They do not send what they advertise

BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Top very small and cheap material. Requested a return, told it would be £23 to £100 by the to return the top to China. I refused many times, they offered 10% and keep the item, then 20%, then 30%. I refused and told them I would return the top and start a chargeback with my bank as they are going against UK trading laws. I asked many times for the returns address, started the chargeback, they offered me a final 15% refund and keep the top. I rejected the offer. Next day the whole amount was refunded to my bank. Dont give up, don't accept their offers. Report through your payment method!

Shocking company, sent the wrong item and then expected me to pay £108 to return the item on there mistake. Dress was not worth that amount. Terrible service..

Bought a size L as a size 12, I thought this would fit perfectly.. it did, on my 8 YEAR OLD SON.
Apart from the insane sizing, the quality was S H I T & looks nothing like the advert (which they stole the picture from babyboo)
Nowhere to return the item, will be going through bank as this is blatant fraud.

The worst experience I’ve had with a retailer. Purchased the dress and it arrived nothing like the image, terrible cheap material, it fit awfully and was nothing like advertised. When I sought out a return, it was apparent that the company was based in china and not in London as advertised and they said it would cost up to £108.50 to return a £38 dress.

When advising this was insane, they said they could offer at 10% refund for me to keep the dress, which they increased to 15% after I refused their offer.

I am taking this up with my bank as this company is a complete scam, do not order from them at all!!

Horrible company. The items I ordered did not look at all like the picture on their website. It’s ridiculous how different they are, I am not even talking about the quality which is also horrible, but how they actually look. I sent them pictures that showing what was advertised on the website and what I received and they told me that the return will cost between €23 and €108 as it needs to be sent to China or otherwise they can offer a 10% discount. I refused and said I want a full refund as the items are clearly wrong as they can see in the pictures and they said they are offering 20% discount and I can keep the items. Absolutely ridiculous. How is this company allowed to exist? They need to follow the laws in the country where they sell and they clearly aren’t following the UK consumer law. This is not ok, they are clearing scamming multiple people.

If you’re in the UK, please don’t buy anything from AmySaint. My experience was extremely disappointing. It took around three weeks for my items to arrive, and the quality was very poor.

When I contacted their customer support to request a return, I was told that the warehouse is in China and that the return postage would cost around £24. In the end, they offered me only a 30% refund.

I feel that I wasted both my time and money. I would recommend being very careful before ordering from this company.

terrible customer service refused a refund or return address for a product (jeans) falsely advertised. very disappointed. jeans bad quality.

I purchased a pair of jeans and the item that eventually arrived was of very poor quality and not of the size that I ordered - not at all the item pictured on their website.

Their customer service responded that I could send the item to China at great expense or take a 10% credit on my next order. This is in line with their “buyer remorse” policy, not with defective goods.

Honestly, I would not recommend anyone buy anything from this company.

I have not made my purchase as I had emailed first to ask some questions regarding their return policy.. I did not get a response. However the website clearly states to email them if you wish to return an item and customer service will be happy to help. Something feels strongly off about this website and I would be careful to part with my money shopping here.

I would give negative if I could.
After a few weeks I received "White Fox" tracksuit.
I didn't even open the inside package as I could see the garments were a horrendous, synthetic, shiny material I'd not seen since the shell suits of the 1980s
They cost £39.99 so I was expecting a reasonable quality.
They were posted from UK but when I asked about returns it was to be to China at a cost between € 23 + €108.50

Good service, and very nice dresses!

My order took weeks to deliver and the clothing was of very bad quality, i ordered the white fox tracksuits they looked cheap and fake. Would not order from here again.

Beware, this is showing as a registered company from the Netherlands but actually operates out of China.

When returning items (and the items I received are very strange sizing) it is necessary to pay the costs of shipping to China. Two blouses I purchased for about £60 are said to cost between 23 and 108 Euros to return.

Terrible products, I thought 2 jumpers for £75 and the quality of the jumpers are awful! I tried to return the items however I had to pay £108 for them to be returned! It’s an absolute ripoff, customer service is awful! This company is a scam and I will be in contact with my bank to try and get my money back! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Terrible company! Needed to return some jeans that took forever to come! I was then informed that the jeans would cost me - $22-100 to return as they only operate from their warehouse in china?! But it states Netherlands on their website. No mention of this at all! Who is going to pay that to return a pair of jeans!

Recieved poor quality product from china. No mention of china on the site. L The images on the anyssint website were lifted from another brand whose clothes they’d faked in china. After repeated emails managed to get a full refund.
