This company is FRAUD...Dont trust these people. Around $12,000 fraud by Amz Experts with me . Despite payment, no products were delivered, my refund requests were denied, and my Amazon account is now blocked due to their actions......I am filing a lawsuit against these people. Talked to multiple people within the company but no response.

* AMZ Experts Previously carried out a FRAUD NETWORK that are now operating as AMZ MEDIA AGENCY, TECHWINK DIGITAL LLC, STACKLINK DIGITAL LLC, BLUE CART DISTRIBUTORS LLC, GLOBAL PREP LLC AND MANY OTHERS - ALL ARE FRAUD COMPANIES. FEW DETAILS ABOUT THEM BELOW:

* AMZ Media Agency mentions 353 Lexington Avenue, 4th Floor, Suite #400-PMB,New York, NY 10016 as its office, but there is no actual office there... This is a virtual office managed by TKO Suites.

* AMZ Media Agency operates as part of a coordinated network of California-registered shell companies, all sharing the same registered agent (Republic Registered Agent Inc., Sacramento, CA)and registered to residential or virtual addresses. This network was uncovered through California Secretary of State public records.

This is a FRAUD company operating a fraud network with various companies in its network:
- AMZ Media Agency (NY)
- Techwink Digital LLC (CA)
- Stacklink Digital LLC(CA)
- Blue Cart Distributors LLC (CA)
- Global Prep Services (unregistered)
- AMZ Experts (Previously operated under this Fraud company network)
- Probably all the companies with AMZ name like AMZ Scout, Scientist, Professor etc

* Techwink Digital LLC, California LLC (CA SOS DocNo. 202358910541, incorporated September 5, 2023), registered at 4067 Running Oak Ln, San Bernardino, CA 92407 (Manager: Zain Abbas) and Blue Cart Distributors LLC are used to receive funds from innocent people. Stacklink Digital LLC and Blue Cart DistributorsLLC are both registered to 2341 Alberta Ct, Santa Clara, CA 95050 (it's someone's private home not any business address).

* They will take money to create and manage your Amazon store, Walmart, e-Bay, Shopify store, will do little / no work will initially ask for some money for inventory, send offer file of one product and list products as per their wish and possibly get you some profit of your first inventory money that you will pay them. After that they will ask to increase your inventory budget and when they receive money they will just disappear creating so many false listings and accepting several orders for your store.

* You will later receive legal complaint letters from actual brands, Amazon for defect or no order fulfilment rates, refund orders from customers for not fulfilling their orders and will land you in so many messy and trouble situations....

So, I got help from them with optimizing my listings doing keyword research and honestly i wasn't sure what will happen because I didn't heard good about them. The team was actually super easy to talk to and explained stuff instead of just doing their own thing which was a relief. It did took a bit longer than I hope.. UGHH, that was a little annoying but once everything was done, i could totally see the difference in my stores performance. Plus they threw some extra tips about product photos and descriptions which was kinda cool. I wasn't pretty sure to see this kind of result honestly.

This company, AMZ Experts, is a complete scam. I lost $5,000 while trying to restock my store. As soon as they received the money, they vanished. No responses to my calls or emails—they even keep changing their phone numbers to avoid contact.

The so-called project managers, Ophelia and Alyana, are completely unprofessional. Their only response is, “Give me 3 to 5 days and we will get back to you,” but they never do. Before them, there was Sam Wilson, who suddenly disappeared as well.

Do NOT trust this company. They will take your money and disappear.

This Company is full of scams. Do not trust them for any reason. The so-called Richard and Michael Rice are professional scammers. I signed a contract with them to manage my Amazon FBA account and open an e-commerce website. After they collected $ 10,200 from me, they stopped answering my emails and phone calls. My Amazon FBA account has been locked due to a fraud action. I have all the conversations and transactions from my company account to their bank account.
Please do not trust them for any reason!!!

AMZ EXPERTS is a fraudulent company that operates deceitfully they're not based in the USA but rather in Pakistan where they're scamming people I've lost $8,000 to their scams I urge others to beware of this company which appears to be based in Pakistan or India and lacks any human ethics.

I sign contract with amzexperts to do business and open amazon store with sourcing, shipping, and returns. This company had me buy counterfeit product and now amazon store is Deactivated due to company's negligence. Company refuses to try and get my amazon store back. Per our contract i have written demand letters to end our contract due to amzexperts breach. Company refuses to answer or return my full amount of money. I have dealt with dennis daniels, david myers, savannah hicks, and micheal rice. All scammers. Nick the manager is weak and refuses to talk to me. Maybe he and owner Zain Abbas will in court

They mismanaged one store (amazon), they neglected it's replacement (walmart) by refusing to ship orders and then attempted to leverage me into sending more funds to cover the cost of inventory I had already paid for! The haven't responded to any customer request and now I can't get in touch with them.

Even the reviews on this page are misleading. If you carefully read the 1-star reviews, you will see the level of detail is much higher than the 5-star reviews. With the 1-star reviews, you get real names, dates and timelines. The 5-star reviews only give broad general glittering generalities. If the company spent as much time faking it as they did working, they would be good.

FRAUD... Please be aware of this
They plan to get you charged for a basic plan and show some sales on the first inventory to gain your trust. Later, they FORCE you to buy a premium package and order a large amount of inventory.

Once you pay them, they ghost you. There is a person named Michael Rice, who is an account manager, and another person named Richard, who is a salesperson. They stop replying to your calls, emails, and texts once you pay them.

DO NOT TRUST THEM or anyone similar who shows the moon and starts an e-commerce business.

Very bad experience. They ripped off me. They didn’t provide service and when we pay for inventory they automatically charge for random service and deduct charge from inventory and say again to pay again. I paid $2000 for amazon, walmart and ebay, llc creation(they just helped me to create amazon account), $850 for virtual address(which i never got-totally scammed), $1887 for first inventory(it was sold however, to my bank account it hit just $1200), $2600 for second round inventory. Even i paid walmart store integration as i have contract. They deducted $2000 from my inventory purchase without any contract or consent. So much headache. I have 1000books to say about this company’s worst service. I can give you proof as well.

100 % professional scammers

This company completely scammed me. Then several months later a gentleman by the name of Michael Rice called and said he would fix the situation and return my money. It has been over a month and he will not answer or return my calls.
Complete scam.

After 30+ years in the IT industry, I have never in my life had a call like the one I just had with Daniel. He was drugged out, lifeless, and had no time for a new FBA seller like me. Every question I asked him a question he seemed as if he was on another planet. Such a shame!

I am unable to articulate the extent to which Amz Experts has enhanced my Facebook Marketplace experience. Since I started using there user-friendly products, my sales have improved dramatically.

Started in May 2024, paid over $4,000 for bogus services. Disorganized, never full fulfilled delivery. I saw revenue on my account dropped in thousands of dollars in less that 30 days because they failed to deliver products to buyers. My advice to all never use this company. They are scammers and illegitimate.

Unprofessional, don't know how to handle clients, worst service even before signing up.

I have several documents to prove this company charged for services that were never given. In addition, they caused harm to my Shopify store.

Amz experts are true professionals. Their customer service is top notch and they always go the extra mile for us.

Their knowledge of Amazon's algorithm and strategies helped us increase our sales by 40% in just three months.
