Major scam! Do not give them any details
Recieved a call from one of their agents from "Miami", who sounded very convincing at first and after a few questions informed me that I had qualified for the lottery and would have to pay a £350 fee. After a bit of back and forth he wanted me to pay over the phone and when I told him I was out with family and couldn't access my cards he persisted 'maybe you could find a way' which threw all sorts of alarm bells of scam like behaviour. After hanging up the call at this point I then googled the company and looked into it properly and saw how much of a scam it is. Very glad I hung up and ended our conversation before giving any further details away.

I contacted this company for help with a Green Card process and was misled with false information just to get me to pay.
After paying, I quickly realized from reviews that this company is unreliable and asked for a refund. They pressured me
and falsely claimed I was not entitled to one. They even tried to lie that my process had started 4 months ago (it was only 3 days).
Only after I insisted on my legal rights and mentioned everything was recorded did they agree to refund me.
Be careful.
Most 'Successful' Non-Citizen Ever
I should have done more research before engaging with a group of individuals operating in what amounts to legalised robbery. The website portal information is false, but looks very convincing. Even my 'personal' details regarding the status of my application was not updated and there is no reliable information. For example, I sent proof of my professional qualifications and 6 months later, my private portal states that this still has not been forwarded, though they said in a one sentence e-mail it had.
In December last year, I wrote a detailed e-mail expressing my concerns and I am still waiting for a reply.
According to them, I have been 'successful', I have passed the lottery, I have also been 'prepared' for my interview at US Consulate in London. Only snag is, none of it is true. I even went on the US consulate website AND called them. They said there was no name, case number or file relating to any information that USAGC had given me. It's all a lie, a VERY expensive one for victims like myself.
Also, read the responses from USAGC to the messages here. Every one is the same. It wouldn't surprise me if there is an AI automatically responding to red flags. Avoid this operation al all costs.

Scam
Last year i paid 389$ to enter me for 4 year, today i got a call that they think i’m a suited candidate for the visa, asking me to transfer them 3000$! This is a pure scam! I argued with their “agent” for 20 minutes about that i did not wanna pay 3000$ and i wanted them to cancel my application, he kept pushing and pushing! I’m so angry i even paid them in the first place
This is scam
This is scam, they will not help you. they have Bully tactics to get you to sign up and give you the impression they are from the diversity program. They are note
Undue pressure to pay $2500
Just got a call from an agent who wanted me to pay $2500 to move my application forward. I advised him that I did not expect this fee, as it was not disclosed on the add that I clicked on originally (the add only asked for $39, which I paid) and that I want to consult with my wife first before committing to such a large amount. He just refused to accept that, he continued badgering me. He then reduced it to $500. He said that it is a requirement from the US Government that I need to pay this now and kept on saying that they will move on to other applicants if I do not pay now. He even mocked me by asking if I consulted my wife before I paid the $39. It was so unprofessional and I felt so intimidated. I feel so sorry for so many people getting bullied into these payments without allowing time for due consideration. Be aware!
MISLEADING company charging $400 for what YOU CAN DO FOR FREE
i used their service only to check greencard eligibility, days later mr. greencard calls me and says if only i pay an eye watering amount, i'll get entry to the diversity lottery, and i thought this is the USA government way, after the payment i finally had enough time to look up the company and realize YOU CAN DO THIS FOR FREE, so within the same phone call i said "actually i'd like a refund", never finished the application, never emailed them a passport photo, really hope i can get my money back from this misleading company.

waiting for refund
The team member is spoke with was very helpful but did not give me the information this is a private company that assists with the application process, after passing the application and becoming eligible for the program I have paid £370 and am not happy with the service.
I have requested for my application to be deleted and have a full refund processed. A lady has called me this morning, very unprofessional and out of tone from the previous experience with this company, she was being very argumentative, arrogant and patronising which is not what you expect from a professional company.
I am very dissatisfied with this service, currently waiting to get a refund processed and have my application cancelled.
After looking online at reviews it seems this company is not very reputable and doesn’t provide key information that explains this is not the official route to a green card and at no point was it explained to me this is a private company that assists with the application process for a super expensive fee.

I got a phonecall and a really hard sell after stupidly adding my details to a form when it came up on my feed. They wouldn't take no for an answer and required a $380 fee.

Smooth experience, but the price felt a little steep. Still, I got selected, so I can’t complain too much.

I wish to withdraw my application and request a refund of the $39.00 paid to you.
I have since discovered that:
“The Department of State annually administers the statutorily created Diversity Immigrant Visa
Program. Section 203(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) provides for a class of immigrants known as “diversity immigrants” from countries with historically low rates of immigration to the United States.
Australia is not a listed Country so my application would obviously fail – a fact that if you were the caring organisation you profess to be, you would have advised me from the outset and before you accepted my payment.

APPLYING FOR A GREEN CARD TO WORK IN…
APPLYING FOR A GREEN CARD TO WORK IN USA.
While writing the application form for USAGCPROGRAM.com, I paid a $39 service charge as requested.
While still working on the form, they (she) rang me on my iPhone in Norway.
I am a highly educated professional (in my opinion; with PhD level qualifications and an extensive track work record ). She promoted me directly to the top of her list of "candidates".
She sent me email with list of items that they needed:
- A copy of your passport
- A portrait photo of you
- A utility bill that has your address on it , etc.
Then she informed that they wanted a $2,500 one time payment immediately.
When I stalled at the amount she offered to reduce this to $1,000 and we eventually agreed that I could pay $500 now and the balance later. She said they would send receipts for my payments ($39 and $500) immediately by email to be correct. She was indeed very specific about sending the receipts.
The receipts have never arrived by email or otherwise.
I decided to abandon my application because they did not send the receipts as promised.
The company tried to contact me during the next days but I did not reply them. A legal representative sent an email;, and decided not to contact them again.
I discussed the experience with my associates and we are inclined to suspect USAGCPROGRAM.com is an opportunist company.
They give the impression of being serious but are only interested in the money trap.
The experience cost me $539, which a lot of money for an hour of chatting.

I managed to have a refund.
This company reached me by phone after I submited my dates via instagram advertising from them. Then, by phone, I had 2 calls with them:
In the first one, they explained me all the info about diversity visa application process and so on, and the asked for 389$ to start the registration process. I paid, but they never mentioned I would have to pay more money.
In the second call, just a few days later, after I sumbmited all my info, photos etc, an agent called me, gave me a lot of information (too much and fast, so I was overwhelmed) and then finally rushed me to pay 3000$ to continue with the process (including all work for the next months, document preparation, etc etc). I never make that kind of payments online but this agent was so nice and told me to go ahead, fullfilling my illusion of getting a visa, and telling me that we should go as fast as possible because that could grant my pass to next stages of the process...etc.
I paid this amount... but I was not feeling well.
After investigation, here on trustpilot and other webs I found hundreds of bad reviews and red flags so I started to feel more nervous about all this situation. (I also asked them by phone in my last call about this. The woman talking to me told me this reviews were about other companies with similar names, and trustpilot is not a web to trust...etc).
Finally, decided to cancel my credit card just in case it could be a scam and sent an email with some serious questions to the company.
I asked them for example if I would have to make any new payment in the future. By phone, later, a different agent contacted me and answered to that question that my payment was to cover all their services "until I reach the interview with the government". As she said they can prepare me for that interview in case I get it. I asked how much: no response. I said "ok,,, so if i get that service I can not know now if I should pay 500 or 5000$" She replied this is not like a supermarket, each case is different... etc.
Anyway. Finally I decided to finish my procedure with them, and ask for a refund. I sent an email to each email account that contacted me from the company, stating clearly that I no longer proceed with the service they offer, and as the service was not delivered (the dates for a official submission are not even open yet!), I asked for an urgent request to cancel my pending credit card transaction.
Important that my credit card transaction was "pending", non completely finished, as my bank would finish the transaction in the end of the month.
I was really happy that 2 hours later, they send me an invoice refunding me all my money. (3.389$ in total). Also got a mail from my bank exactly at the same time, so I can confirm it is true.
Conclusion: I do believe the company does their work. The website, profile, emails, calls... they spend a lot of time with you and your case. Also, If it was a total scam, after my first asking questions seriously they could just dissapear. But they called back and responded by mail.
I just think they rush you and are fast and "aggresive" to pay for their services and when you are not sure or "strong" enough in your mind, it is easy for them to take your money. They rush you even when the official dates for the visa submissions are not open yet.
Also, they are not clear about how much they will take in the begining. They just told me about the 3000$payment in the same very call when I paid (my mistake to be so fast paying as them asking).
But the truth is they refunded the money 2 hours later after I asked for it (stating it clearly and strongly in my mail) without any further question. So this is why I have to say thanks in the end it was not a total scam.
