Vrijdag tickets geboekt. Na het afrekenen er achter gekomen dat achternaam verkeerd is. Gelijk contact gehad 3 dagen lang hebben ze me laten wachten. 3 dagen lang gestrest en minimaal 20x opnieuw moeten bellen om te vragen of naam wordt gewijzigd en het proces te versnellen. Elk telefoontje wordt er aangegeven dat naam sowieso wordt veranderd. Dan zeggen ze wacht 48 uur voor je vlucht, 48 uur wordt 24 uur en nog niks. 12 uur voor mn vlucht telkens bellen nog niks. 4 uur voor mn vlucht krijg ik te horen dat het niet mogelijk is. Schandalig echt schandalig!!! We hebben ons 3 dagen super gestrest en nog wordt er niks geregeld. Last minute een ticket geboekt voor een heel ander vlucht en een flink bedrag. Diep triest ik kan niet vertellen hoe slecht we ons hebben gevoeld en nog steeds voelen. Nooit meer dat ik vlieg met AnadoluJet schandalig!!!!!

I booked the ticket through their website, not any agency or mediator platforms, it was a two-leg flight. The second leg was cancelled, and they passed me to Turkish Airlines, I called Turkish Airlines said we couldn't do anything but go back to Anadolu and I talked with the agent for a few minutes and no clear answer, and then waited 2 hours on the line, clearly a sign to force me to hang up the phone, and no answer.

Flight cancellation with no update, no excuse no explanation is their routine. They change the flight at least 4 or 5 times during your stay in your destination. I got 6 emails in 3 days from them each with a new flight time!

Sehr enttÀuschte Erfahrung mit AJET. In einer Reise wurde einen Flug storniert. Auf den nÀchsten Flug mussten wir 5 Stunden im Flughafen warten ohne Hilfe. Der RÌckflug hatte eine Stunde VerspÀtung, was zu einem verpassten Anschlussflug und langen Wartezeiten fÌhrte. Mein GepÀck ukam in DÌsseldorf nicht an und bis jetzt ( 3 Tage nachher) habe ich keine RÌckmeldung erhalten. Sehr unzufrieden mit dem Service

my worst experience with AJET
my worst experience with AJET. I was supposed to travel on 06/28/2024. I arrived at the airport about 4 hours before, I was one of the first to be attended to do CHECK-IN with my girlfriend (Spanish). I am Dominican, therefore I need an electronic visa to enter Turkey. Visa that I show to the agent, she checks it and says that everything is fine. I hand her the suitcases and gives me the (BOARDING PASS) and tells us that the flight is about 3 hours late. I went to the waiting room, about 4 hours later, ready to board the plane, the agent realized that my (ELECTRONIC VISA) came into effect on (06/29/2024), preventing me from boarding the plane. If the agent who did the (CHECK-IN) did not make the mistake of not realizing that my (ELECTRONIC VISA) came into effect the next day. I would have had enough time to acquire another electronic visa since it takes about 2 hours to be issued. After that I had to take about 2 hours to get my bags back, I went to the AJET box to make the complaint and the 2 agents were very rude. For this reason I missed my flight, 2 hotel days and more than £500 because I had to pay £397.40 again for 2 more tickets that were supposed to depart on 06/29/2024 at 11.50am. In the early morning of 06/29/2024 I received the email that my flight had been cancelled. After that I spent the entire early morning until 8am calling on the phone to get another flight until I finally got one that was supposed to leave at 3.40pm flight that was also a few hours late. I DESCRIBE MY EXPERIENCE AS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE WITH AJET

Our return flight booking was with AJet on the 3rd of June at 3:15 pm. I attempted to check in online multiple times on the 1st and 2nd of June, but I was unable to do so.
When my family (my wife and two children) and I arrived at Antalya airport around 11:45 am and proceeded to check in, we were informed that our flight was cancelled. We were not notified via message, phone call, or email. We were directed to speak with an AJet agent at the help desk.
I asked for alternative flight options with help desk. Initially, I was told that AJet would provide food, accommodation, and an alternative flight for the next day with a stop in Istanbul. However, after taking a lunch break to make a decision and feed children, we were told around 1:00 pm that they couldn't provide these options.
I pleaded with the staff for either an alternative option or a chance to speak to their manager, but they refused and left us at the airport with my family.
Later, I purchased extra data to book a hotel and another flight. I managed to book the flight and hotel by myself, spending a night there before returning to Germany on the 4th of June.

Aufgrund der stundenlangen Verzögerungen haben wir jedes mal unsere AnschlÃŒsse verpasst und auch keine Alternativen gehabt. Das war es fÃŒr uns als groÃe Familie mit Ajet. Nie wieder.

Ticket gekauft unter den Namen THY genauso viel bezahlt wie fÌr THY Flieger ist bei Hin und RÌckflug viel zu spÀt gestartet. Mitarbeiter können nur Englisch man bekommt nicht mal Wasser umsonst wÌrde nie wieder mit Anadolujet fliegen. Ist nicht besser als Pegasus.

Nous avons attendu plus de 6h a lâaéroport de Francfort avec des excuses bidon, qui ne sont pas vrai bien évidemment. Nous devons avoir notre vol pour Ankara à 18h20, qui a été retardé jusquâà 23h30 passé, pour nous faire monter dans lâavion, puis nous faire redescendre au bout de 1h30 pour dire que le vol est annulé. Jâavais un dernier au revoir à faire à mon grand pÚre, et ça nâa pas été possible à cause des incapables de cette sorte. Ni eau, ni nourriture, ni gentillesse ont été accordés pendant ce temps dâattente.
Et malgré quâils savent que câétait pour un décÚs, aucune solution, aucune empathie.
Aucune information également a été donnés pendant tout le long de lâattente, un vol a été programmer le lendemain pour 11h15. Bien évidement qui nâa été demandé à personne et placer par leurs soins! Et si je voulais absolument partir pour mon décÚs, je devais payer un autre billet dâune autre compagnie à mes charges lol ! Et bien évidement aucun vol pour que je puisse arriver en heure. A fuir, à FUIR!!!!!!!!!!!
