Total vergessen das ist das kein Fluggesellschaft dass es wie ein Linienbus ganz ganz vergessen nie wieder Anadolet.

Ich bin nicht oft mit Anadolujet geflogen aber zwei mal und jedes Mal war der Flug super pünktlich. Mein persönlicher Erfahrung positiv.

Türkisch Airlines gebucht mit Anadolujet geflogen. Absolute Katastrophe. Zum Essen ein trockenes Sandwich und trotz Buchung auf Türkisch Airlines keine Meilen Gutschrift. Nie wieder!!!
Türkisch Airlines ist sicher nicht zu empfehlen und sicher auch keine Premium Airline auch wenn sie sich dafür hält.

Never again!!! We had booked Tickets from Copenhagen to Dubai and return with a stopiver in Istanbul. On the way to Dubai we flew Turkish airlines. Fantastic!! Nice plane, very good Food and lots og space for our legs. Return was Anadolujet. Old plane, absolutely No legspace and terrible Food. We had a very dry cheese bun 🤢 on a 4,5 hour flight. If ai had know we would fly anadolujet on the way home, we would never have booked those Tickets. But our Ticket said Turkish Airlines.

Very bad experience, worst flight i have ever taken. Very bad seats, rubbish food always giving same cheese and bun which is tasteless.

Travelling with many airlines, I am in a position to confirm that Anadolujet is the worst airline that I have ever experienced. I booked my flight with Turkish Airline not knowing that this is a different airline. When the flight was delayed and eventually cancelled, there was no ground staff to answer passenger's questions.

Haben Flüge von ZRH nach Istanbul SAW gebucht, auf dem Hinflug gab es 50min Verspätung, das ist ja noch ok. Auf dem Flug von Istanbul nach ZRH, welcher 12.00 abfliegen sollte, standen alle pünktlich 11.00 beim Gate um in den Bus zum Flugzeug einzusteigen, lange passierte nichts und um 11.58 sagte man uns dann, dass der Flug 2h :45min verspätet starten wird. Grund: Flugzeug ist zwar am Boden, jedoch fehlt eine Crew. Auch wurden anscheinend Tickets von anderen Passagieren storniert.
Das Flugzeug sah jetzt auch nicht top gewartet aus, es lagen Schrauben rum und es vielen Verkleidungen an den Wänden ab. Es gibt einzig und allein einen 2 Stern für die nette Crew.

Ebenfalls frech: Man bucht über Turkish Airlines, bezahlt für diesen "Service" und wird dann mit einer billig Airline durch die Gegend geflogen.

I was physically assaulted by 2 employees working at the office in Sabiha Gokcen Airport, my clothes were torn and a case was issued through the police.

I couldn't think of anything worse humiliation in my life.

I am glad I didn't have my family to witness this.

Absolut schlecht… Mann Kauf Ticket THY Flug mit Anadolujet Schrottkiste.
Wenn sie 1 min kurz vor Flug nicht beim Gate sind sie lassen sie nicht durch kein Respekt.ich war vor 19 min bevor Flug startet nicht durch gelassen.ich müsste neue Ticket holen und doppelt bezahlt…Respektlose Personal am Flughafen Flug alleine schon Schrott nicht empfehlenswert. Zahlen Sie 50 € mehr. Buchen Sie was vernünftiges.

Not flying again at Anadolu Jets. Crap airlines, has been late every single time.

Right now seated in plane for last 1 hour and it has still not even taken off. Flight is from SAW to STN. Supposed to take off today at 10.35 hours.

Just dont get why they cannot be on time?

Rezil bir şirket, THY diye aldığım bileti Anadolu Jet çıktı karşıma.
3 saat gecikmeli kalktı.
Ne bir özür dilediler nede bir ikramiye verdiler.
Benim üç saatimi neden çalıyorlar ?
Ekonomi yapabilmek için iki uçağı birleştirip tek uçuş gerçekleştirmek için.
Personel desen bir kelime ne almanca nede Türkce konuşuyor.
Bulmuşlar ucuz Ukrainalı elemanları….

Un steward a volé mon coussin de voyage que je venais d'acheter à l’aéroport. j’étais le premier à entrer dans l'avion, je précède 2 stewards qui sont à proximité et pas d'autres voyageurs aux alentours. J'ai posé mon coussin derrière moi, le temps de ranger mes affaires dans le coffre à peine 30 secondes, je me retourne le coussin a disparu !!! Je vais voir les stewards ils ont rien vu. Le coussin c'est envolé :)

Kein Gepäck bei charter flüge wir müssten für 30 kg 90€ zahlen das ist eine Frechheit das ist kein gutes bild für die Türkisch air es wurde auch nichts dazu gesagt das kein Gepäck ist

So schlechte flige habe ich nie erlebt, mann betzhalt voll preis für türkische Airlines, und bekommen so schlechte flige der keine essen bietet oder richtig was zu trinken aus ein Brötchen und ein Glas Wasser oder orangen safat, platze sind so schlecht keine richtige Beine abstand ,ist nicht mal ein Sterne ,
Ach ja mann reserviert sitz platze online, und am Flughafen schalte ist anfach storniert und an andere Personen weiter gegeben ,und der platze ist freie Kosten reservieren möcklich

Expérience décevante avec AnadoluJet. Malgré une arrivée 30 minutes en avance, l'enregistrement m'a été refusé sans explication claire. La professionnalisme semble faire défaut. Franchement, j’ai regretté d’avoir choisi cet avion En attente d'une résolution rapide de la part du service client.

my recent flight was TK7820, from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to London Stansted on December 3, 2023.

Upon boarding the plane, I placed my large backpack in the overhead compartment since it did not fit under the seat. After the boarding process was complete, a flight attendant opened the compartment, removed my bag, and asked whose it was. I identified it as mine, and she instructed me to place it under the seat. I explained that it wouldn't fit, but she disregarded my concern and replaced my bag with another passenger's smaller cabin suitcase.

Expressing my discomfort and reluctance, I informed the attendant that I couldn't sit for four hours in such a way. She suggested addressing the issue after takeoff. After 5 mins another flight attendant came and ask me to push my bag to fit under the seat but it was really impossible, I asked her to try herself, she tried but it didn’t fit. Unfortunately, no assistance was provided post-takeof.

My seat was 28C and A fellow passenger beside me on the aisle offered to place my bag under the empty seat beside her. While the staff appeared friendly, their lack of attentiveness to my situation was disheartening. It's important to note that my ticket did not indicate any obligation to stow my bag specifically under the seat.

Katastrophale Organisierung der Handgepäcke. Es hatte für jegliche Passagiere wie mich kein Platz mehr für die Handgepäcke, obwohl ich dies bezahlt habe. Passagiere die vorne sassen, haben ihre Koffer in meine Kabin reingetan. NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!

Service ist definitiv nicht gut!
Hinflug war schon eine Katastrophe! Eine Passagierin hatte einen Zuckerschok, das Personal konnte nicht helfen, hatten außer Saft nichts zum anbieten. Als wir gelandet waren holte eine Stewardess ihre Tafel Schokolade raus welche die Dame mit dem Schock hätte gebrauchen können!

Rückflug auch nicht viel besser. Alle Passagiere sitzen auf ihren Platz und wir stehen über eine Stunde herum. Die Ansage wurde nur auf Türkisch durchgegeben und nicht im englischen!
