After 25+ messages im still being sent fake tracking numbers 2 months later and by a rep called Maria. Now im straight up requesting a refund and making a complaint to fair trading. Do not ....under and circumstances ,purchase from these lying scum

Ordered a jacket that they took the money for when it wasn't even in stock. They didn't tell me after a month of waiting I contacted them to find out that it wasn't in stock, I was told my refund would take 5-7 days but here we are on day 10.

Somehow it actually delivered in roughly 2 weeks, looks nice, and fits well. I was worried because there are so many bad reviews. Never saw tracking info attached to it until I emailed about it inquiring about a refund (then they manually sent it). Still overpriced. Probably worth reverse image searching to find the original products they're dropshipping to the customers.

I ordered a winter jacket from this site. I waited more than two weeks for them to send a notification about sending the order. And then I began to have doubts, and will they send me this order at all?! I started looking for reviews about this site and was blown away (why didn't I do it earlier?)! Immediately after that, I wrote to customer support that I wanted to cancel the order. I indicated the reason that they take too long to send the order, and by the time the parcel arrives, it will not be needed. I was answered, not immediately, but they said that they would solve this issue. I wrote to them every week to get my money back. But as time went on, they kept asking me to wait. So 3 months have passed, and I already wanted to contact the Bank to return my money forcibly. Since I had exactly 90 days left for further proceedings, there was nowhere to wait, otherwise I could just say goodbye to my money.
I decided to write a last threatening letter to the store's customer support service, pointed out to them that they violated all consumer protection laws, and asked them to immediately return my money to me. As a result, I received an apology letter (the only one for such a long time!) and that same evening, i received a message about a refund! Thank you for that. But the nerves are frayed well so!
Verdict - don't mess with it this store if you value your time, money and nerves!

I ordered a pair of pants on January the 17th, and they said they would take 15 business days to ship it. Around mid Feburary I contacted customer service to ask if I can track my order. Which they said to wait.

After 6 more back and forths and half a month later, I wanted to know where my clothes are. 30 business days later and they finally send me a tracking link to the product, I had to ask them 5 times and as I demanded a refund for waiting 2 months for a product.

I found it took them a whole month to get started on the product and I'm unable to cancel the order due to it "being in transit" when it has been sitting in the post for half a month.

Not only did the website fail to provide a service on time and it was all left to the consumer to ask where their product was with no response or communication from their side.

Customer service is so bad that they just tell you to wait and wait, I have for double the amount of time the promised for a delivery and still haven't been given any compensation and no messages other than the times I have contacted them.

Worse experience ever waited almost 2 months for my clothes some didn’t fit and on some of the clothes the threading came undone , on top of that they made a mistake on the order mind u I paid like $500 wouldn’t do it again and the customer service won’t give u a refund.....

No free shipping!! 6 weeks of shipping for clothes with the cheapest material!!!!

Second order arrived as well - great design and quality.

I never write a review but it is indeed the worst service you can imagine. All reviews are true. I am waiting for months now, nothing received, no refund. Please do not buy from this website, if you do there is no doubt you will regret it.

They literally drop ship from Niepceinc.com and sell the same items for much higher prices. I bought from anarchystate and it took months to arrive then bought from niepceinc and it came after like 6 days.

Pessima esperienza, acquistata una felpa da 70 dollari arrivata una cosa di infima qualità con un disegnino piccolissimo stampato in plastica anziché ricamato e grande come in foto . Chiesto invano il rimborso al momento pratica in mano a PayPal .

Une honte, je me bats avec eux depuis 6 mois pour qu’il me rembourse une veste que j’ai renvoyée. Des voleurs !

This company steals art from tattooers and other artists and then sticks it on poor quality crap clothes for their own profit. Don’t support theft from Canadian and other international artists.

Dont buy anything from these guys or the Ikagi Souls website. they are both operated by the same company and they quality of the cloth that you get (compared with the pictures shown) is absolutely cheap, not to mention the ridiculous price tag for such bad quality of a cloth you get from them.
It took me over 2 month to get 3 clothes ive ordered from them, and when i did finally get it, the quality of the cloth is so cheap ill be embarrassed to wear them outside tbh.

Ordered a jacket worth above a hundred dollars, never got it and they do not want to refund it.

Total scam. Terrible quality clothing. They are withholding my refund and avoiding all communication. Sneaky, dishonest, zero integrity company. Do not waste your money and time with these scammers. Hope their bad reputation sinks them.

Terrible service. I ordered a pair of glasses and they sent me a pair that is completely different from the picture. Not the same at all fake and fraud and they refuse to do anything about it. This website is a scam do not purchase from them I wasted $100 here.

Complete trash. Fake website that sells fake clothes overpriced.

Keep away from this site. You can not reach them - I need a refund and they are not sending it. There is no customer service and when I attempted to return an item using USPS there is no one there to accept the delivery
