Not only does she help you be your brilliant self, but she also equips you with tools and techniques to continue to grow. I could not recommend her enough.

Working with Angela was truly transformational for me. By really understanding myself better I was able to approach my life with new confidence and clarity. Media for what feels like FOREVER! From her weight loss journey to her development as an amazing coach and an inspiration to many. Having done various workshops with her I am now in the Facebook group and it’s such an overwhelming community of support and a safe non judgmental space to speak and be heard.

She's the best! Angela's live workshops are utterly inspiring. She leaves no stone unturned and is a true empath. Her questions are thought provoking and her answers are honest, identifiable and insightful. You know you are in safe hands. Could not recommend more highly.

It’s taken me a while to write this review as it’s hard to put into words the support that Angela has provided me over the years. Angela was my sector leader at the start of my business improvement journey and inspired me to stick with it to the point where almost a decade on I still love (almost) every day. More recently in her capacity as mentor and coach, Angela has helped me manage both a challenging role transition and keep sight of my long term business and personal goals. I can’t thank her enough and would readily recommend her very tailored mentorship.

A Breakthrough!.
I took Angela's Breakthrough program and it was a Breakthrough. Over the last 17 years I put up with abusive management some of which possibly resulted in PTSD. The rage I was walking about was unbelievable. Angela was excellent she made me feel validated she grasped how and why it had effected she gave me the tools that dissipated the rage and feelings of worthlessness. It is an ongoing process on my part that calls for me acknowledge my responsibility in my life. To take me from where I was when arrived to where I am now was an amazing feat and I am greatfull.
So thank you Angela.

Angela is an excellent executive coach. I was upfront with Angela, I explained that I can slip into coaching processes, rather than just allow myself to experience the coaching techniques for what they can provide me. Over the first phone call, I was quite apprehensive, having just had a terrible experience with someone who really didn’t have the skills to support me. I wasn’t sure about whether Angela could be strong enough and patient enough to get me where I needed to be.
Luckily for me, Angela and I felt there was a strong enough reason to get together and have a face to face meeting. That first session, we discussed what I wanted from coaching. Angela also shared that after the first phone call, she questioned whether she might be able to work with me. We discussed this and because of her honesty and keenness to ‘do the right thing’ for me, I felt I could relax a little more and trust that whilst coaching sessions might not always run smoothly, we were a”good fit for each other. I opened up very slowly over time, so I am glad I did work with her over 12 weeks…. Things I’ve achieved and changes I’ve made & sustained are many!

Angela has a really, really effective approach to enabling the people she coaches to first understand who they are, build on those foundations to become more effective as leaders and also generally to be more conscious of who they are and who they can be as people. It's steeped in getting right back to the roots and building stronger, sustainable foundations.

Incredibly emotionally intelligent, masses of experience in the 'real world' and also completely honest. Angela takes her role as a coach personally and that drive and genuine desire to see people do well and reach their potential is abundantly clear in her work.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Angela as a coach to anyone who is serious about understanding what it is that makes them who they are and what it takes to be the very best they can be.

I first came across Angela when she started her BGJTL Facebook and was impressed with how committed she was to the group and she clearly was so passionate about helping people.

Fast forward several years and I’ve completed many of her courses and read both her books. I have learnt so much from her and she is one of the most inspirational people that I have ever come across.
